Five-foot-9 guard [player_tooltip player_id='832080' first='Kaylor' last='Buse'] rises as Oregon's top player in the class of 2027. She's coming off an impressive sophomore showing and is poised to have another big year. Buse is a high-character, high-motor, high-IQ competitor who impacts the game on both ends of the floor. With a long wingspan and a strong frame, she can facilitate, score from all three levels, and frustrate the top point guards in the state.

The rising junior is a loyal and resilient leader who consistently delivered a strong national showing for [program_tooltip program_id='1035055' first='Northwest' last='Select'] this spring and summer on the competitive Select Events Power 24 circuit. Her hard work and high performance have earned her multiple D1 offers.

In her sophomore year at West Linn, Buse averaged an efficient 16.3 points (shooting 51% from the field), 5.9 rebounds, 4.3 assists (1.24 assist/turnover ratio), 3.4 steals, and 1.2 blocks per game. She led the Lions over eventual state champion Tualatin to win a share of the Three Rivers League title and was named to the First Team All-League.

In the 6A state playoffs, the All-League Defensive Player of the Year made a game-winning block in an upset over Benson and led West Linn on an impressive 6A state tournament run to earn 4th place. Buse was a top-four scorer at the Chiles Center, averaging 20.3 points (shooting 52% from the field) and trailed only Jazzy Davidson in field goals made per game. Buse was also a top-three rebounder, averaging 9 per game. She earned an All-Tournament Second Team selection and was also named to the 6A All-State Honorable Mention list.

Five-foot-11 guard [player_tooltip player_id='899491' first='Kaylee' last='Turner'] broke into the Oregon class of 2027 top ten. Turner makes great use of her height, length, and pace on both ends of the floor. She's an effective driver, shooter, rebounder, and all-around defender. Turner is quick on the bounce down the court, catching defenses off guard. She gets her team into its offense, moves the ball, and finds the cutter. She is poised and patient on her way to the rim and finishes through contact. She has a nice release on her shot and can create the pull-up three. Turner is also a great defender on and off the ball. She contests everything and is a strong defensive rebounder.

Turner might not be on a lot of people's radar because she plays in 1A at North Clackamas Christian, but the D1 prospect stood out this spring and summer playing with [program_tooltip program_id='1035055' first='Northwest' last='Select'] on the Select Events Select 40 circuit.

Five-foot-9 guard [player_tooltip player_id='839056' first='Charlotte' last='Wilson'] jumped up in the rankings again after her performance playing up with [program_tooltip program_id='1035055' first='Northwest' last='Select'] at the Select Events 17U Power 24 national championship tournament. Wilson is known for her high effort, athletic physicality, and tenacious defense. On the competitive national stage, Wilson brought the ball up with pace and confidence, zipped passes to the slasher, and knocked down the catch-and-shoot three. She moved well off the ball, had great hands to finish on the cut, and made tough drives on the bounce. Wilson runs the court, rebounds, and dives to the floor to win the 50/50. She's a standout role player on her club team and a rising leader on her high school one. Wilson was named to the 6A Portland Interscholastic League Second Team in her sophomore season. The Generals placed third in the PIL and lost to South Salem in the first round of the state playoffs.

She ran with [program_tooltip program_id='1035055' first='Northwest' last='Select'] in the Select 40 circuit. Meiser can do a bit of everything well. She's an effective defensive stopper and great rebounder, and she can be trusted to take care of the ball. Meiser earned a 6A Pacific Conference Honorable Mention in her sophomore season at Sherwood and will be a key player in the Bowmen's success in her junior one. Sherwood will be a contender for the Pacific Conference title.

Five-foot-2 guard [player_tooltip player_id='925976' first='Kalia' last='Caoile'] rises in the rankings for her relentless defense and unselfish playmaking. Caoile uses her speed and quickness to be an effective full-court on-ball defender. She locks up and flusters point guards. Even at her size, she can grab rebounds and tie up the ball with bigger players. Caoile has good handles and vision, and sets up her teammates for easy buckets. This summer, Caoile ran with Oregon Overtime and developed her role as a facilitator and a leader while directing the offense. She also improved her shooting and forced defenders to close out. Caoile will take her developing skills to Cleveland this upcoming season.
