The Prep Girls Hoops Expo took place this weekend, with over 80 girls across all classes coming together to compete at the Hidden Valley Fieldhouse in Bellevue. We are continuing with our breakdown of each player on each team at the event, with Team 4 Evaluations below.

[player_tooltip player_id='751212' first='Issabelle' last='Meki'] | CG | Bonney Lake | 2027

Meki's a strong guard who was able to play through contact at The Expo and get to the rim on a consistent basis. She has a quick first step and is strong with different pickups to split defenders and get to the rim. She also showed her ability to get into defenders' chests, create moments of separation, and score in the paint. She also shot the rock well from behind the arc and was a tough matchup with her balanced offensive attack.

[player_tooltip player_id='1259625' first='Trinity' last='Palmer-Wilson'] | SF | Bellevue | 2027

Palmer-Wilson is a player who always brings big effort. She was one of the hardest workers at The Expo and really showed up with her work on the glass and on the defensive end. She was physical, beating ballhandlers to spots, rebounding outside her area, and staying opportunistic to jump dribblers and create turnovers. She's always on go and was putting in work all over the court.

[player_tooltip player_id='751208' first='Dilyn' last='Boeck'] | PG | W.F. West | 2027

One of the smoother offensive threats at the showcase, Boeck has a nice handle and can quickly separate and get into her shot out of different moves. She worked a lot in the midrange but was doing a nice job staying balanced, reading defenders, and mixing up her attacks. Showed off a pretty mature game too, using her footwork for up-and-unders or to spin away from defenders, and kept defenders at bay while scanning the floor in the early offense.

[player_tooltip player_id='751232' first='Skylar' last='Giacomi'] | SG | Woodinville | 2027

The Woodinville guard was a hard-working and unselfish player at The Expo. She made quite a few extra passes to work for better shots, was ready off of corner kickouts to immediately reverse the ball and keep the defense moving, and made good decisions with her shot choices. She also worked hard defensively to hit her rotations, close out hard but under control, and get going the other way on possession changes.

[player_tooltip player_id='1239084' first='Lucia' last='Mayorquin'] | CG | Bellevue | 2029

Mayorquin continues her impressive run of play, and she's yet to even play in her first official high school game. She's a guard with size who was able to play with some real finesse and touch around the paint. She's a player who can turn the corner, cut off defenders, and use her size to get in close and finish. She also showed off a variety of moves from the low and high posts to get around defenders, and made a few superb passes around the paint.

[player_tooltip player_id='985230' first='Stella' last='Kott'] | SF | Lake Washington | 2028

Kott showed off a pretty impressive outside shot at the showcase, dropping in three after three, and immediately showcasing her impact on the floor. Even as a key floor spacer, she didn't fall into the habit of just chucking shots, she picked her spots, was ready to make quick decisions on the catch, and made a big impact with her IQ as well as her lights out shooting.

[player_tooltip player_id='1232847' first='Kinley' last='Buse'] | SF | West Linn (OR) | 2028

One of the more impressive players at the event, Buse has the size and skill to be a factor all over the floor. She rebounded, blocked shots from different spots, even running a player down on the break and sending the shot back at the halftime buzzer. She has the ability to grab a board and go, was able to run the break or finish it, and was strong on her takes inside.

Reese Curley | PF | Seattle Prep | 2027

Curley made a big impact in the post and with her movement around the paint. She read drives well to move to space and get available for several easy dump off passes that led to buckets. She stayed active hunting down boards on both ends and had a few nice putbacks, while drawing fouls on a few others and working to the line.
