Consider her a shooter and a slasher. She has the ability to apply elite on-ball pressure defensively. Nifty finisher inside and a great cutter without the ball. Not only does she have the talent, she plays the right way. She is very long and very skilled. You feel comfortable with her bringing up the ball, which says a lot for a 6'5 sophomore. Effortless scorer with ability to make shots from all over. Her tight handle allows her to create space and create for others. Remarkable footwork, balance, and body control given her youth and growth spurt. She has everything you are looking for in a star. She can play point guard and facilitate as well. You don't have to watch her long to figure out that she is a gifted scorer. Very hard to contain off-the-bounce. At her best with the ball in her hands as a go-to scorer. <strong>Poema</strong> does most of her damage in the paint and mid-range. Her floaters, runners, and tear-drops drive shot blockers crazy. Her ability to catch fire from distance is next-level. <strong>Britain</strong> had 11 games with 3 or more threes. Expect <strong>Destinee</strong> to officially breakout this year with a larger role. She began her high school career with 13 rebounds, 11 rebounds, and 12 rebounds in three of the first four games. Offensive rebounding machine! Already possesses a high basketball IQ despite her youth. <strong>Destinee</strong> moves well without the ball. Reliable finisher who can also score in the mid-range. Defensively, she stays engaged and utilizes her wingspan to generate deflections. She has skill, she has size, she has IQ, she has grit, she is a team player, she plays hard defensively. <strong>Tatiana</strong> will be pivotal for Ontario Christian's title hopes.
