There are many talented guards in Class 3, but we cut the list down to 11.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='803053' first='Ryenn' last='Gordon'] (Centralia): A 5'9" 2027 point guard who is one of the state's best at her position. In her two varsity seasons, she has led Centralia to a Final Four berth and a state quarterfinals appearance. She can control a game with her passing, scoring and all-around playmaking ability. She is also a three-level scorer who has a knack for hitting big shots in clutch situations. She was the starting point guard on a loaded [program_tooltip program_id='712694' first='Missouri' last='Phenom'] EYBL 16U squad during the summer. She has multiple Division I scholarship offers.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='897772' first='Loganne' last='Love'] (Principia): A 5'4" point guard who immediately stepped into a prime role as a freshman as the Panthers' floor leader. She has good speed and quickness to impact a game at both ends of the floor. She is a tremendous rebounder for a guard of her size because of her tenacity. As a freshman, she averaged 11 points, six rebounds and four assists a game in helping the Panthers to a berth in the Class 3 state championship game.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='460893' first='Chloe' last='Jones'] (Willow Springs): A talented 5'6" guard who has already given a commitment to Evangel. She has been a bucket from the moment she entered the Willow Springs program as a freshman. She is a three-level scorer who can create her offense from anywhere on the court. She can also knock down perimeter shots from well beyond the 3-point line. She earned All-State honors as a junior after averaging 22 points, six rebounds and four assists a game.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='848991' first='Braelyn' last='Turnbough'] (Arcadia Valley): A 5'7" 2027 guard who has been one of the top players in the Mineral Area region since her freshman year. She is a very talented offensive player who can also stuff the stat sheet in other facets of the game. As a sophomore, she averaged 20.6 points, three rebounds, three assists and two steals a game to earn All-State honors.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='849019' first='Lily' last='Carr'] (Spokane): A 5'6" 2027 guard who is one of the most impressive offensive players in the SWMO region. She started rolling as a freshman two seasons ago as she had multiple 40-point scoring nights to set a school record. She continued her bucket-getting into her sophomore season when she averaged 27 points a game while also surpassing the 1,000-point plateau. She has creative handles which enable her to break down defenders off the dribble to get off her shots.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='982957' first='McKinli' last='Mays'] (El Dorado Springs): A 5'6" 2026 point guard who has been a steady and productive floor leader for one of the top programs in the Class 3 ranks. She has good quickness and she distributes the ball very well. She also shoots it well from 3-point range.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1047485' first='Ryleigh' last='Davis'] (Thayer): A 5'7" guard from the SWMO area who had a tremendous freshman campaign for the Bobcats. She is a skilled ball handler who can create off the dribble and shoot it from long distance. She led a young and talented Thayer team to a 21-6 record and a district championship. She averaged 20 points, five rebounds and nearly four assists a game while shooting 48 percent from the field and making 72 3-pointers.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='460895' first='Addy' last='Abell'] (Highland): A 5'7" 2026 guard who is one of the many talented guards in the Clarence Cannon Conference. She is an excellent two-way performer who led Highland to a 24-4 record last season. As a junior, she averaged 13.9 points, 3.2 steals and 2.2 assists a game while making 48 3-pointers.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1203955' first='Myia' last='Dillman'] (Mid Buchanan): A 5'6" 2027 guard who is one of the top returning players in the NWMO area. She was one of the linchpins of a Mid-Buch team that finished 26-4 and advanced to the state quarterfinals. As a sophomore, she averaged 11 points, three assists and two steals a game on a very balanced team.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1226197' first='Hadlee' last='Davis'] (Licking): A 5'5 2028 point guard who stepped in immediately as an impact freshman. She's averaging excels is accustomed to playing with older players as she played three years up at 17U with [program_tooltip program_id='716233' first='Standout' last='Prep'] during the summer. She has good quickness with a high basketball IQ and good perimeter ability.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1245283' first='Piper' last='Jacobs'] (East Buchanan): A 5'9" 2027 guard who is one of the top returning players in the NWMO area. She has good size for her position and she is very good when she is attacking in the lane. She also rebounds well in addition to her scoring and ball handling duties. As a sophomore, she averaged 13.3 points, 6.1 rebounds and two steals a game while making 42 3-pointers.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
