There was a lot of movement in the 2028 class after this last rankings update, let's see who moved up the most.

[player_tooltip player_id='1251537' first='Majesty' last='Manning'] no longer plays for Prescott, as she is now starring for the Blevins Lady Hornets. Her play so far this season has been nothing short of incredible, warranting her to be the highest riser in the class, moving up 33 spots.

Manning has had some impressive scoring outings so far this year. Earlier this month against Murfreesboro, Manning had 21 points. Against Kirby in November, Manning had a bit more modest of an outing, logging 17 points, but against Umpire around the same time, she torched the opposition.

Manning has proven to be a player who can get going in a matter of seconds. In that contest against Umpire, she scored 11 of her 19 points in the second half. However, her best scoring game that I've seen this year was against Bradley, where she dropped 25 points.

[player_tooltip player_id='1251537' first='Majesty' last='Manning'] has taken off since making the move from Prescott to Blevins, and this team is looking dangerous with her leading the charge.

Forrest City is incredibly deep, and one player who should be playing more if she didn't have to share minutes with all of the other guards is [player_tooltip player_id='1180588' first='Ja'Riyah' last='Palmer'].

Palmer has risen 19 spots in the latest 2028 rankings update. She recently earned co-player of the game by her coaches after putting up 13 points, 2 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals versus Westside. About a week ago, Palmer had an even better performance against Blytheville, dropping 18 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals.

Throw in her 7 assists in the blow out win over Hall and it is evident that she is a phenomenal passer. However, she is more than a passing guard, as she has some serious range on her 3-point shot. Palmer has a quick release and will not hesitate to let it fly off the catch. If the defense makes the wise decision to contest her from outside, she can put her head down and get into the paint, scoring through traffic.

[player_tooltip player_id='1180588' first='Ja'Riyah' last='Palmer'] certainly has college basketball potential, as she provides her team with multiple killer abilities: outside scoring, inside scoring, facilitating, and defense.

I've already talked about [player_tooltip player_id='1173076' first='Bella' last='Lozier'] a few times this season, which is no surprise considering how well she has played, moving up 13 spots in the ranking.

Lozier got the season for Acorn off right with some outstanding early season performances, like the one she had against County Line where she put up 27 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals. She has added to her strong early season performance, and she is definitely a great offensive weapon.

She has a great 3-point shot. Lozier has a quick release and is automatic off the catch. The sophomore can also attack the basket without hesitation.

[player_tooltip player_id='1173076' first='Bella' last='Lozier'] is becoming one of the better players in the 2A-4, so watch out Arkansas!

I knew Greenland would be a team to watch this season, especially after adding [player_tooltip player_id='1090885' first='Taige' last='Norwood'], who has moved up 6 spots in the rankings, and she may be on the move again.

The Lady Pirates have been defeating teams that they would have no business beating in previous seasons. Against 6A Springdale, the 3A-1 Greenland squad got the 18-point win, with Norwood logging 24 points. In a recent contest against Providence Academy, Norwood struck again, putting up 17 points.

So far this season, Norwood has clearly been killing it offensively. She is driving hard to the paint and scoring with ease, even through contact. She has shown off a variety of moves when heading downhill, including euros, step-throughs, and spins. If she takes a few steps back to the 3-point line, too bad defenders, as she can knock down open jumpers without much effort.

Speaking of effort, [player_tooltip player_id='1090885' first='Taige' last='Norwood'] gives 100% effort on both ends, especially defense, where she is turning into an on-ball pest. Like I mentioned earlier, she may not be done moving up the rankings.

After picking up an offer from Louisiana Tech this summer, I figured [player_tooltip player_id='1251732' first='Maylee' last='Robinson'] would be moving up sooner rather than later, this time by 6 spots.

Robinson has logged some solid all-around performances this year, including her 10-point, 7-board, 4-assist, and 1-steal outing against ESTEM a week ago. In that game, Robinson's length and defensive instincts were on full display, as she recorded 7 total deflections in that game.

Robinson also had a solid outing in early December in one of Lake Hamilton's basketball tournaments, putting up 13 points in a major win. Offense comes easy to her, as her length is unstoppable in the paint, making her a great all-around post presence.

[player_tooltip player_id='1251732' first='Maylee' last='Robinson'] will probably move up the rankings in the future, but I want to see her usage rate go up. Once that happens, I think Lake Hamilton will find even more success on the floor.
