[player_tooltip player_id='443357' first='Sutton' last='Eldredge'] has big-time potential as an off-ball guard. She has great size, and her length helps her to be an impactful defender. Sutton is a great spot-up shooter, and although she missed a few early, she picked it up late and began to knock down some shots. Sutton can put the ball on the floor, and I felt like the play that got her going was a pull-up mid-range that she took after being run off the line. She plays with a high IQ, and the Navy commit can fit onto any team.

I love what Breanna Semenuk does on both ends of the floor. Breanna is a knockdown shooter with good form, and it looks like every shot she takes is going in. She knocked down a handful of threes, and I love what she does playing with the other talented Potomac guards. She is also a ferocious defender, and the defensive pressure this Potomac backcourt put on Saint Gertrude led to their lopsided victory. She knocked down 4 threes and had 15 points.

Even though most of what Maddie did as a shooter was off the catch against Bishop Ireton, [player_tooltip player_id='383833' first='Maddie' last='Leach'] is one of the best shot-creating three-point shooters in the state. Maddie did show off her incredible range multiple times, hitting some shots that were several feet behind the line. Maddie knocked down 4 threes and had a good showing against an elite Ireton squad.

S3 has a lot of fantastic guards, and one of them is [player_tooltip player_id='376328' first='Syvannah' last='Dawson']. I think of Syvannah as more of a 1, at least at her time at Thomas Dale, but she has developed into a really good combo guard. Syvannah had a great day shooting the three, and she also used her athleticism to get to the rim. In the second half, S3 turned Virginia Academy over a lot, which was really what changed this game. Syvannah capitalized on those turnovers with some nice passes and finishes of her own.

[player_tooltip player_id='735525' first='Amaya' last='Ramey'] has been one of the most productive wings in NOVA so far this season, and I like the fit at her new school in Virginia Academy. Amaya knocked down a couple of threes, and she used her elite strength to do good work as a driver. Dating back to her time at Woodgrove, I saw a lot of her work as a shooter being in the corner. Now I feel like her shooting has spread out to other parts of the court, and she does more creating her own than I saw in the past. Maybe that has to do with being in a newish role, but either way, Amaya has turned into an outstanding shooter.

It's crazy putting a 6'1 player on this list, but there is a reason [player_tooltip player_id='443350' first='Micah' last='Ojo'] is one of the best players in the country. Micah is truly an all-around talent, but I think her best skill offensively is what she does as a spot-up shooter. She has terrific range and a clean jump shot, and every time she lets it go, it looks like it's going in. She will make a huge impact just shooting and defending, and all the other things she does are a cherry on top.

[player_tooltip player_id='392204' first='Keileen' last='Edwards'] isn't a super high-volume shooter, but I've watched her play 4 times over the past 2 weeks, and she is a reliable spot-up shooter. She did a great job driving in this game as well, and she does a good job keeping her head up when she's attacking the rim. She is a high-IQ defender and a solid, consistent piece for this talented Manchester squad.

[player_tooltip player_id='749390' first='Savannah' last='Martin'] had a great day shooting the ball for Steward against Grassfield. Savannah has excellent range and a quick release. I talked about Savannah last week, and I always like some of the little things she does. Just a simple blockout or hustling on defense are things I consistently see her doing. She finished this one with 6 made threes and 20 points. A lot of these shots were clutch, keeping Grassfield at bay when they were making their comeback down 16.
