After attending the Eleva-Strum and Arcadia game last night, the plan is to see Eau Claire Memorial travel to Hudson and take on the Raiders in a high-profile Big Rivers Conference game with plenty on the line. However, the weather may have something to say about that game tipping off as scheduled tonight. While I wait on whether that game will happen tonight, let's talk about some intriguing talents from around the state.

The Rhinelander guard has been a high-usage player since beginning her high school career a few seasons ago. Clark missed a majority of her sophomore season due to a back injury last winter, but has come back in her junior season, continuing to excel offensively. She is a solid ball handler who can play through pressure and space the floor to knock down shots from the perimeter, allowing her to be an effective player while having most of her team's offense run through her.

[player_tooltip player_id='533059' first='Kelly' last='Boinski']

The Catholic Memorial guard is in her first season as the focal point of what the Crusaders do on the offensive end of the court, and she's done an excellent job of helping her team compete against some of the elite programs they've played thus far. Boinski is a physical player who can attack the basket, play through contact around the basket, and finish in traffic. She has been an impressive player for a team that has exceeded expectations.

Winneconne is a program that's on the cusp of potentially making a trip to the state tournament and has the talent to make some noise in March. [player_tooltip player_id='751291' first='Grace' last='Mitchell'] is the player who can swing a game on both ends of the court for the Wolves. The 6-0 wing possesses the physical and athletic tools to be a versatile player on both ends of the court for her team by handling the ball, playing in the post, and defending on the perimeter or around the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id='751283' first='Rowan' last='Counsell']

The Whitefish Bay guard has been a solid performer for the Blue Dukes since she set foot on campus a few seasons ago. Counsell is an excellent shooter who can space the floor and knock down shots from the perimeter, and has developed a reliable floater that she can use to get shots over shot blockers around the basket. She has been a crucial piece for the Blue Dukes, who are looking to make a deep run in the postseason this winter.
