Plenty of upside from several players on the verge of creating some issues down the road, yet the "on the court" progression had me smiling on opening day

Gonzalez grabbed my attention while she was still in elementary school with the special formula I use. She did things instinctively, reacted well in certain situations, and did this against older players. She's doing a better job at controlling the tempo and running her team; her court vision has shot up, so has her ballhandling, crossover looked good. She scored off the dribble and from outside, yet she's showing good upside

Isaac showed me a different look on the PGH Circuit, and the way she scored under pressure left a lasting first impression see evaluations here, so watching her elevate her game even more as she's stronger and finishing better after contact. Her "catch and shoot" is going to be a huge problem for defenders; her court vision looked good, as did her defense

Traylor is "long and athletic" which is the base, and she has a long list of Tip Sheets she's made by showing just how skilled and athletic she is see evaluations here. Her ability to rebound and handle the ball afterward, at times going coast to coast looked good, but she sets the defender up smoothly to attack and finish off the dribble

Peterson gave me an eyeful at both the Heart of Texas and TABC Showcase last year, see evaluations here, yet she had both eyes wide open at the Sandra Meadows Classic. I love seeing players do things you can't teach, and her DESIRE to BATTLE and go AFTA everything off the rim was enough, yet she also went coast to coast to score. She too is "long and athletic" and gave me the "hands and footwork" to score, played solid defense, and has some serious upside

Johnson gave me a nice first look as she was another "long and athletic" player who did some damage on both ends of the court. She scored around the basket, as well as on putbacks, yes, she rebounded on both ends, yet her interior defense looked good, so did her timing to block, alter, and "or" deflect shots
