Breakout Performers from the Big Stage

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>It's a big weekend for the NCISAA state championships hosted in Greensboro, North Carolina.  The event kicked off with the 1A state championship where I was able to learn quite a few new names that should be added to your radar.  Here are my notes from the event.  My apologies for the lack of pictures as NCISAA felt that my six years of covering girls' basketball drawing defenders towards her, and making the dish for some points.  She create her own space using her ball handling to put up some shots.  She was aggressive playing on ball defense knocking the defense and crashing the boards getting rebounds on offense.  She knew how to move without the ball hitting the midrange for two points.  She was constantly battling for rebounds on both ends of the with the tempo pushing it up the court and finding her open teammates for the dish and bucket.  She rebounded on the offensive glass using these boards for her own points.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> while making the nice dish to her teammate underneath the basket or on the other block from her.  She snuck inside using her long reach to grab boards and go right back up with them.  She had a big her points.  She was constantly getting her hands in the way on defense, and she took the battle to the other end going to work on the block.  She got her hands in the way blocking shots as well
