The 2026 rankings content is complete, and the 2027 rankings were posted this morning. Over the next two days, we'll talk about the players in the top ten of the class in two separate articles, and tomorrow, we'll look at some of the stock risers in the junior class, who are getting ready to close out their third season of high school basketball.

The Racine Park is a solid guard who can make plays for herself and her teammates offensively. She sees the floor well and has the physicality to power her way to the basket when she has a laterally quick defender in front of her. There are skills that bring to the floor that regional programs will like, and I believe she has the talent to play in college for a program looking to compete at their level. She may not play at an elite high school program, but she could be a steal for a small school at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='764926' first='Kendall' last='Pieper']

The Pewaukee Pirates have had terrible injury luck for the last few seasons. However, that has generated opportunities for players to step up in more prominent roles, which Pieper has done, and helped her team win games. Her ability to shoot from the perimeter gives the Pirates yet another option to space the floor and knock down shots from beyond the three-point line when defenses collapse.

[player_tooltip player_id='878990' first='Allie' last='VanVonderen']

The Denmark guard has played a prominent role for the Vikings, especially early in the season, when last season's leading scorer was out due to injury. VanVonderen is comfortable being the focal point of what her team wants to do, and she has the motor to be a player who helps her team win on the margins as a rebounder or someone who wins her team 50/50 balls. She is a player that regional programs should watch this AAU season.

[player_tooltip player_id='892452' first='Mia' last='Haberkorn']

I'm unsure if Haberkorn is a player who wants to play basketball at the next level, but due to what her team asks her to do, she shows plenty of skill as a post player. Haberkorn has become a skilled passer who can play high-low at either spot and help her team put points on the board, but I love her vision playing at the high post for her Deerfield team. If she does want to play at the next level, she would be a solid addition for a small school in the region.
