<p>One of the big marquee matchups around the state on Saturday night was the championship of the Harrisburg Tournament between Class 3, No. 2 Centralia and host Harrisburg, ranked No. 8 in Class 2.</p>

<p>it was a rematch of a January 6 game when Centralia scored a 62-32 victory. It looked like it was going to be another one-sided game as Centralia raced to an early 11-2 lead.</p>

<p>However, Harrisburg flipped the script and battled back to eventually score an impressive 63-55 victory to win its own tournament and hand Centralia its second loss of the season.</p>

<p>The 5'9 2026 guard scored 23 points to lead the Bulldogs to the victory. Her 3-pointer at the end of the first really got her team going in the right direction after a slow start. In addition to her perimeter shooting, she was driving it well and also cutting off the ball for layups. She played with great confidence and the rest her teammates followed suit.</p>

<p>NO. 2 STAR: [player_tooltip player_id='803053' first='Ryenn' last='Gordon'] (Centralia): Fhe 5'9 2027 Murray State commit scored a game-high 25 points. The All-State guard was assertive early as she was scoring from all three levels. She was hitting catch and shoot 3-pointers and a pair of smooth pull jumpers in the lane against a zone defense. She hit three 3-pointers in the game.</p>

<p>The 2027 guard was one of the unsung heroes of the night as she scored 14 points and hit a couple of timely 3-pointers. When the Bulldogs were trailed by eight points in the fourth quarter, she hit a big triple to start the final surge. She also showed some athleticism when she jumped up and caught a pass in traffic for a layup.</p>

<p>The 5'11 2026 Missouri S&T recruit scored 15 points and also did a nice job on the boards. She was attacking off the dribble with her usual toughness and physicality. She also hit a nice step back jumper from the mid range area. She also grabbed a rebound and went coast to coast for a bucket.</p>

<p>The 2027 guard came off the bench to score 12 points as she was also one of the unsung heros in the big victory. She made three big 3-pointer on the night, including one that gave the Bulldogs a 52-51 lead in the fourth quarter. Harrisburg wouldn't trail again. When she wasn't knocking down timely 3-pointers, she was also delivering some nifty passes with her court vision.</p>
