As the 2025–26 regular season winds down, several players have separated themselves with consistently strong performances and impact on both ends of the floor. Here are five names who built real momentum over the winter and are poised to be difference-makers when playoff intensity rises.    Kiera impacts the game as a poised playmaker who consistently gets into the paint to either finish or collapse the defense and find open teammates. She sees the floor well, especially in transition, where she leads teammates into easy scoring opportunities with well-timed passes. Her tight handle makes it difficult for defenders to disrupt her. Despite being a lefty guard, she is extremely effective driving right, which keeps defenders guessing and off balance.     Maliah is a downhill guard who thrives with the ball in her hands, attacking the paint with speed and control while also being capable of knocking down threes and using strong post moves when needed. She shows excellent balance on drives, often jump stopping in the lane and making the right read instead of forcing shots. Her team leans on her heavily to generate offense, and she delivers with versatile scoring, highlighted by a 28-point, 6-rebound performance against Oliver Ames. Along with her scoring, she plays unselfishly and keeps the ball moving, consistently making the extra pass to create better looks.     Leah is a quick, confident guard who uses her handle and speed to beat defenders and get into the paint. Her biggest weapon is her shooting, as she is always ready to fire from three, even from a step or two behind the arc, thanks to her extremely quick release. Defenders have to stay attached at all times or risk giving up easy points. She has backed up her skillset with strong recent performances, including 11 points and 6 rebounds against Hingham and 15 points with 6 rebounds against Marshfield.     Reilly, an unsigned senior, is a high-level shooter who gives college programs plenty to be interested in. Her smooth jumper and high release point allow her to score over contests from all areas of the floor. She is also very effective in transition, running passing lanes and getting ahead of the defense. On the defensive end, she pressures ball handlers as soon as they cross half court and does a strong job jumping passing lanes to create steals and extra possessions.     Talya put on a memorable performance on senior night, showcasing her poise and playmaking ability. She has a tight handle that keeps defenders off balance and does a great job finishing layups with high arc, making it tough for taller defenders to contest. Her court vision stands out, as the game appears to slow down for her when she has the ball, allowing her to deliver precise, on-time passes. She can also score from multiple levels, knocking down catch-and-shoot jumpers from the perimeter and pulling up confidently off the dribble inside the arc.
