The 19th annual Shore Challenge brought together twelve teams in six clashes filled with top tier talent. The following performances turned heads and made everyone take notice:

[player_tooltip player_id='871374' first='Sophie' last='Lane'] | Westfield

Her eighth double-double of the season came in a big win over host school Holmdel. Versatility on offense saw 3-level scoring tally 24 points. She sank two triples and earned multiple trips to the charity stripe off aggressive play around the basket. She used her 6'0" size and length to grab 10 rebounds and tally 2 blocks, with physical play boosting her defensive profile.

[player_tooltip player_id='564267' first='Shannon' last='Looney'] | Manasquan

Shannon showed no fear taking on a very balanced and dangerous St. Joseph By the Sea squad out of Staten Island. She tied a season-high 14 points and was a big reason why Squan was able to pull off the 1-pt win. She's always been this team's do-it-all weapon, able to contribute on both sides of the ball and make hustle plays that swing momentum. This game was no different... and it might just have been the most impressive and clutch game of her high school career!

[player_tooltip player_id='651482' first='Callie' last='Decker'] | St. Rose

Hands down the most impressive performance of Callie's career came on Sunday vs NY power Moore Catholic. She poured in 16 points (including three triples) as the Purple Roses fought tooth and nail in the second half to keep command of the lead. Quick drives to the basket, strong help defense and an all-out two-way hustle got her team the much needed win to break a five-game skid. This effort should serve as a huge confidence boost for the 5'8" junior guard.

[player_tooltip player_id='831952' first='Sydney' last='Joseph'] | St. Thomas Aquinas

The New Brunswick transfer has fit right in, in her first season with STA! She oozed confidence vs Rumson-Fair Haven en-route to 15 points (including three 3's). She led all scorers and also contributed 7 rebounds and [a game-high] 2 blocks. She stuck to her strengths and put on a terrific all-court display.

[player_tooltip player_id='981918' first='Hailey' last='Benbow'] | Rutgers Prep

A masterclass on how to handle pressure with poise, Hailey played cool, calm and collected despite Trinity Hall's second half surge. She led Prep with 20 points and grazed the rim, showing off supreme athleticism to pull down a game-high 9 rebounds. Inside-out shooting and a relentless motor willed the Argos to a 10-point win. Hailey is not one to be played with, especially when she goes into takeover mode!

[player_tooltip player_id='559084' first='Sophie' last='Smith'] | Red Bank Catholic

Sophie's career-high 17 points couldn't have come at a better time! She led RBC past [previously] undefeated Paul VI, handing the Eagles their first loss of the season, and proved that when locked, she's a force! The 6'1" stretch forward drained a career-best three 3's and fought through scrappy defense and double-teams.
