Class Of 2028 Updated College Prospect Rankings: New To The List

Though it's still early in their careers, in this new recruiting era, prospects start to separate themselves around this time, and it becomes clearer who can hang at the next level. As they head into their first year as upperclassmen, the responsibilities will pick up.
