Manor had a dominant season this year. They lost 1 total game and closed it out with a Class 4 title. In that title game, the player of the game was Freshman guard [player_tooltip player_id='995750' first='Jha'ziya' last='Babb']. Jha'ziya was not only good in that title game, but she was truly elite in every game Manor played this postseason. Jha'ziya's quickness gives defenders an immense amount of trouble, and she has great vision. Her handle is elite, and she can knock down jump shots. What I loved this year while watching Jha'ziya is what she does defensively. She has outstanding hands and is an elite POA defender. Her motor is elite, and there are not many guards in the state with a brighter future than hers.

Colgan didn't make a deep postseason run, but this is a young team to look out for. In the games they did play in the postseason, [player_tooltip player_id='1320221' first='Autumn' last='Andrews'] was elite. She had 40 points against a terrific Potomac Squad in a close overtime loss in the district final and had a couple of other great games in the postseason. Autumn plays both guard positions well and scores at a high level all over the court. She broke her school's single-game scoring record and finished the year averaging 21.7 PPG.

[player_tooltip player_id='1226845' first='Kristina' last='Dallas'] did not play much in Osbourn Park's run to another state title, but what I have seen from her this year makes me believe it won't be long until she is a bigger part of this program. Kristina uses her size really well on the glass, and she showed that with a buzzer-beating put back layup at the end of the first half against Gainesville in the district final. Kristina already has Division 1 offers and is someone to watch this summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='956920' first='Angel' last='Scruggs'] was far and away the best player on Massaponax this season, and she may have been the best freshman performer in the postseason. Even in Massaponax's losses, Angel looked like the best player on the court. She had 23 of Massaponax's 30 points in their final game of the season, which was a loss to William Fleming. She also had a 34-point and 15 rebound performance against Lightridge in an overtime win in the regional semis. Angel's ability to get to the rim is her best offensive skill, and she is a pretty good shooter with outstanding range. She is an elite guard rebounder while also having great vision.

In every game I watched, [player_tooltip player_id='1201607' first='Rylee' last='Thomas'] this year, she found ways to contribute. She comes off the bench for Manchester, and she has sky-high potential as a wing. She has great size and knocks down open threes. She makes the right play and plays within herself. She came in and gave Manchester good minutes in the final and had a couple of big performances in the middle of the season. She is someone to watch going forward as the type of wing D1 programs look for.

This is technically cheating because Arianna Taylor is an 8th grader, but that makes what she did this year all the more impressive. I liked watching her play in Christ Chapel's state final, and her passing and ball handling really impressed me. She led this team in scoring and was the Class 4 private school player of the year as an 8th grader.
