Below we talk about five prospects that are currently competing out of other states for their 2026 Spring and Summer AAU campaign. Each of these players are rated within the Top 15 of their age group moving into the Month of May.

Thanks for tuning in and enjoy!

Katie Muller joined up with Missouri Phenom EYBL at the end of last Summer and she hasn't looked back. The 6'2 SG just keeps getting bigger and better whenever we sit down to spectate her. She is becoming even more consistent as a shooter and she is also showing that she can make some things happen at the bucket with her nature height advantage. Muller was very impressive for her Junior year at Dowling Catholic. She put on what I'd call a shooting clinic in most of her contests, never letting up when she was feeling it. Missouri Phenom already brings a ton of eyes to their product so I'm sure Muller will be receiving more offers this Spring/Summer before she ends up making a decision.

Yasanna Love Smith competes for a competitive program out of Minnesota called the MN Metro Stars. She is coming off of a respectable Freshman campaign at SE Polk High School as their starting PG and she is looking to keep things moving over the next few months. Throughout the Winter Love Smith made smart and safe plays coming down the floor, getting better and better each time she took the court. She showed out on several occasions as a high level playmaker in the open court with her vision and ability to find her teammates in transition. Defensively, when she was aloud to let loose she caused some chaos as someone that knows how to stick to their matchup, no matter what is happening around her. This is a player that could have a chance to compete at a very high level one day Division wise if she continues to get better as she grows up.

Croatt has taken her talents to Kansas to compete with Mokan Girls Hoops EYBL for her last Spring and Summer on the AAU floor. She is coming off of an awesome State run with her Waukee NW High School program, where she was the major key to their success with her ability to create, facilitate, run the offense, make open shots when called upon, and set everyone else up for success around her. She also got to the rim at Will most of the time with her shifty handle and physical stature as she would through anyone that would be standing in her way. Mokan is getting someone that you'd consider a PG #1, no matter where she is competing at. She knows how to play the game the right way and in reality, she is a DAWG as a competitor. When those two things mix together on the hardwood, you get a D1 level talent and that's what we have here.

We briefly touched on the move that Tylee Weite made to begin this AAU season but I can't say it enough, I love it. The MN Fury UAA is a program that knows how to teach and develop players while winning a LOT of games in the meantime and that's the recipe for success on the AAU floor if you ask anyone that understands how this all works. Weite is going to add lethal shooting for the Fury from the outside. She is catch and shoot specialist that moves really well off of the basketball. When her high school career first started all she could do was make it rain with a picture perfect stroke from three point land but she has rounded out some things the last few years and she is more of a three level scoring threat more than ever right now. I think Weite could be one of this programs featured players over this next season. She checks off a lot of boxes that evaluators have so we will just have to see.

Soft touch, situational awareness of the catch and dribble, sticky defense. These are all terms you could use to describe Anna Latham of Mason City High School and Air Minnesota AAU. Latham knows how to use her angles to get down hill on an opponent and from there she knows if she should shoot it herself with a midrange floater or if she should pass it to someone else for an assist. If you look at Air Minnesota's system they like to spread the floor with their guard play and work off of each other's cutting actions. If that's still the case for this Spring and Summer than Latham is in good hands. She will be able to make the most of her opportunities, she just needs to stay focused.
