The semifinals, hosted by Breckinridge County, set the tone early and the Lady Tigers wasted no time making a statement. They came out locked in and never looked back, taking down Cloverport 77-15. Their defense was relentless all night, contesting everything and controlling the pace from the opening tip. In the other semifinal, Meade County made plenty of noise, rolling past Hancock County 78-55. The Lady Wave were clicking on all cylinders and left no doubt with their performance.

That set the stage for a championship showdown, but it was all Breckinridge County. The Lady Tigers took over and secured a 46-31 win, claiming their third straight district championship. It was a complete performance on both ends and a reminder that they are still the standard in the 11th District. Here are some key players who made it happen.

[player_tooltip player_id='1038933' first='Adelynn' last='Moorman'], a junior, scored 11 points, knocked down three 3-pointers, and added four rebounds. She averaged 5.1 points per game this season and finished top two on the team in 3-pointers made. Adelynn spaces the floor at a high level and has a quick, confident release that makes defenses pay for helping off. She understands her role, moves well without the ball, and stepped up in a big moment by consistently knocking down shots when her team needed a spark.

[player_tooltip player_id='890069' first='Elizabeth' last='Grimes'], a senior, also finished with 11 points, including three big shots from behind the arc. She was the team's leading scorer this season at 15.9 points per game. Elizabeth is a true three-level scorer who can create her own shot, attack off the bounce, and stretch defenses from deep. Beyond scoring, she impacts the game with her playmaking and defensive activity, showing leadership and composure in big moments all season long.

[player_tooltip player_id='879257' first='Josie' last='Mitcham'], a senior, contributed five points and six rebounds. She averaged 9.7 points per game this season and led the team on the glass with 5.6 rebounds per contest. Josie brings toughness and physicality every time she steps on the floor, battling inside for position and doing the little things that don't always show up in the box score. Her presence around the rim and willingness to defend and rebound set the tone for her team.

[player_tooltip player_id='655457' first='Rowan' last='Radaszewski'], a senior, added seven points and nine rebounds. Rowan averaged 12.9 points per game, ranked second in rebounds, and led the team in both 3-pointers made and percentage. Rowan's versatility makes her a matchup problem, as she can step out and shoot or work inside and rebound at a high level. She plays with a high motor and consistently impacts multiple areas of the game, making winning plays throughout the tournament.
