The Spring has arrived, and it's time for us to update the prospect rankings in all four graduating classes currently enrolled in high school. For the Class of 2026, it means this is the last time they will be ranked throughout their careers, and the overall list (rankings & watch list included) has expanded from 275 total prospects to 300 total prospects. With that said, below is an introduction to those Seniors who were added in last week's update who primarily play the post position.

Alahna played a handful of minutes as a Sophomore, then started to put it together as a Junior, averaging 6.0 points and 7.5 rebounds per game. But what she did as a Senior was step into the forefront and help Lawrenceburg in the way of 12.8 points and 10.0 rebounds per game. She is a fairly strong, hard-working kid who is also a solid athlete in most directions. Her ability to affect a game so drastically at the defensive end really stands out. I think she could be a nice small college front-liner.

Chloe is a temporary transplant to Indiana, coming to the Hoosier state as a foreign exchange student from France. She is extremely long, she has a little strength, and she plays much taller than she is. She keeps the ball high, does a nice job of keeping it "simple" around the block, and looks to protect the ball and finish over defenders. She will get out and run the floor hard, and she does a nice job of using her length at the defensive end as well. She will often block or alter shots inside of 15-feet.

Kiya is another prospect with a nice combination of some size, a little athleticism, and some versatility. She has length, wiry strength, and she plays with a solid motor at both ends of the floor. As for that versatility, she is able to post on the low block, offensively, but she also has a little touch in the mid-post and short corners. Additionally, she can defend out on the floor a little and help with ball screens and handoffs. She could be a really nice small college front-liner who continues to improve each year.

Brooklyn is very intriguing for a small school kid. She has good strength, some length, and she plays hard. She nearly averaged a double-double this year, posting 10.1 points and 9.8 rebounds per game. What's more impressive is that she finished the year playing through a knee injury that eventually required surgery. But throughout her career, she has been a nice presence around the paint for the Senators. She plays multiple sports but could be a nice small college basketball post prospect.

Jordyn was off our radar until just after the midpoint of the season, but she put together an outstanding Senior year and really helped Springs Valley on the interior. She has broad shoulders, a fairly strong frame, but also long arms and the ability to post double-doubles. She did a nice job of utilizing recruiting services to get her name out there, and she has committed to/signed with Indiana University-Columbus. She runs the floor hard, tries to battle inside, and doesn't try to play outside of her abilities.

Olivia is a true definition of a small school post player. She has good size, good strength, and she likes to play with physicality at both ends of the floor. She has soft hands and can finish in and around the paint, but this year she also added to her game. She was much more consistent in the mid-post, plus she showed the ability to knock down the occasional 3-pointer. She has always been a double-double threat on the interior, and I think that's where she could be an effective small college post.

Keilaeyah has been a big part of LaPorte's rotation the last couple of seasons, threatening to post double-doubles on every night. As a Senior, she averaged 12.0 points, 9.2 rebounds, 2.9 steals, and 1.3 blocked shots per game for the Lady Slicers. She has an athletic frame, good length, and she moves well in most directions. While she was more effective at the defensive end of the floor, she greatly improved her consistency at the offensive end of the floor from her Junior to her Senior year.

Sienna has been a big part of Hanover Central's lineup each of the last three years, and she improved each year, with her Senior season being by far her best. As a Senior, she averaged 13.0 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 2.2 steals per game. She has a big, strong frame, but she works hard, runs the floor, and she is a solid on-the-floor athlete. She likes to play with physicality and beat opponents to the spot, and she'll work on rooting them out of the lane. She could be a really nice small college post.
