Early morning got me going at the HOT, and when you have players understanding the importance of going hard and all out, whether you have college coaches looking at you or not, they did, that sort of drives me because it takes me back to another era

Reed looks a little taller and a lot stronger, and her dominance on the boards and handling the ball afterward shows growth, on and off the court see evaluations here, so yes, she's finishing in the paint, facing the basket to score, and seeing the floor better, but watching her dive on the floor for loose balls

Taylor has been a Tip Sheet waiting to happen for a long time, see evaluations here, and over the years, I have watched her "on the court" progression as well as "thinking the game" and understanding she can take games over whenever she wants. She handles the ball well, and when you add her variety of moves, including the slight HEZ, to score off the dribble, at times acrobatically, well, there you have it. Her "stop and pop" jumper was clicking, she saw the floor, and played solid "on the ball" defense

Degreate was one of the great ones in this session as she did several things to change the momentum, like taking the charge. She also did a good job defending "on the ball." She showed solid court vision and created her shot to drop the jumper. Her first step was also nice as she used it to attack and score off the dribble

Aaron has turned another corner, but hold on, she's "long and athletic" and stands above "the magic number." and after writing about her a few times, see evaluations here she continues to elevate her game. I think one of the biggest pluses is that she's showing the potential to dominate at both ends because she reacts so well on the defensive end and is elevating over defenders to score

Robinson has also made my Tip Sheet numerous times, see evaluations here, and one of the biggest pluses is that she continues to show that she's more than a long-range shooter, and here's why. She makes plays and is making those around her better because she's setting teammates up for good looks, and her decision-making has always been ahead of her years. She's a "long and athletic" guard with a nice first step to score off the dribble, but that stop and pop from deep in transition is next-level ready. She plays the passing lane and applies "on the ball" defense

Washington showed she could be a thorn on defense and helped to create havoc, which led to turnovers, but she also saw the floor well in transition, hitting teammates on the money from 20 feet away. Her "catch and shoot" from deep looked good, and she scored off the dribble

Cook didn't take long to start COOKIN as she understands how to use her athleticism on both ends. She played solid defense, read the floor, and got steals playing the passing lane, but she also attacked the basket and showed solid body control after contact

Johnson has been defying gravity for many years, see evaluations here, but I'm seeing more maturity as she understands she can get the job done, thinking the game as well as using her ultra athletic ability, and that's scary because she's also showing that her "ceiling has no roof." She elevates and drops the jumper from outside, but she also uses her UPS to score around the basket, and when you factor in her "on the ball" pressure, and playing the passing lane is very good, I guess her acrobatic finishes need to be mentioned as well

Early morning got me going at the HOT, and when you have players understanding the importance of going hard and all out, whether you have college coaches looking at you or not, they did, that sort of drives me because it takes me back to another era
