Each year, players earn significant attention from programs at the next level. Today, we will look at some younger players who could use this grassroots season to put their names on recruiting boards for programs at the next level. The players we will look at today have all the tools to earn attention from college coaches and make a name for themselves.

I have been a fan of Grable's since I first saw her play. It may partially be because she's a lefty, but I love her shot, especially when she's aggressive on that end of her shot. She has shown flashes of her ability to score the ball from all three levels, but definitely has room to grow. Her length also allows her to be an effective defender on the perimeter and to use it to make plays on the ball or disrupt the rhythm of a team's offense. She still has a way to go, but there are things to like.

The Kimberly wing has consistently earned a more prominent role each year she's played for the Papermakers, and it's easy to understand why. Brochtrup is a player who can defend multiple positions and is okay with not taking many shots. I appreciate how engaged she is on both ends of the floor, but her length and athleticism intrigue me most about what she brings to the floor. She will be a player who should garner regional interest this spring and summer.

The Neenah native is an athletic wing who excels in multiple sports for the Rockets. Ebel has carved out a role for herself at Neenah and has had some impressive moments in the couple of halves I've seen her [program_tooltip program_id='713127' first='Wisconsin' last='Legends'] team play this spring. She has the versatility to defend multiple positions on the defensive end and could use her physical tools to carve out a role doing that at the next level. She is another regional talent who small-school programs looking for athletic wings should see at some point.

Karl is playing her first season of UAA basketball with the [program_tooltip program_id='713045' first='Wisconsin' last='Lakers'] and could be a player who turns some heads this spring and summer. She is a physical wing who can play through contact around the basket and has been a key figure for her Slinger team over the past few years. Karl is a player who can impact the game on both ends of the floor and will be tested playing UAA basketball.
