About Alissa

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a very competitive player that always plays to win. I strive to do whatever I can to contribute to my team and create success not just for me, but for my teammates.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I work to be a noticeably coachable and unselfish player. One thing my coach, Andy Braunel, told me at the end of the season was that "I have made so much progress not only as a player but as a person". On varsity at Neenah High School I really learned the importance of teamwork and community on a team. Our strong relationship as a team was the base layer to all of our success through the season.

The Neenah native is an athletic wing who excels in multiple sports for the Rockets. Ebel has carved out a role for herself at Neenah and has had some impressive moments in the couple of halves I’ve seen her Wisconsin Legends team play this spring. She has the versatility to defend multiple positions on the defensive end and could use her physical tools to carve out a role doing that at the next level. She is another regional talent who small-school programs looking for athletic wings should see at some point.
