Select Events Spring Showcase: ’27 AZ Standouts

Over 200 teams competed in the high school division. McCracken played with poise, picked her spots smartly offensively, and knocked down shots from the mid-range and beyond the arc. Pietila attacked the rim aggressively and also shot the ball well from deep, making her a tough matchup. She rebounded very well, especially on the offensive glass. She used her size to fend off opponents. She ran the show and made sure that her teammates got quality looks at the basket. She displayed good ballhandling ability for her size and attacked the basket with authority. She also played excellent help side defense altering numerous shots.
