Murray draws a lot of attention — and rightfully so. She handles pressure well. She reads traps well. And she’s comfortable being the decision-maker late in games. Everything runs through her. If Gilbert tries to speed up the Monsoon, Murray’s poise will be tested. But she’s shown all season that she can manage tempo and make winning plays.

Murray continues to separate herself as one of the premier guards in the 2027 class. In her game against O’Connor, she showed a complete scoring package. She knocked down threes, was comfortable pulling up from the mid-range, and consistently got downhill to finish at the rim. While she had to be in a more scoring mode, she also threw some beautiful passes.

Murray was as steady and impactful as anyone in the building. She’s hard to guard because she does a little bit of everything and does it with purpose. Murray rebounded well from her guard spot, pushed the tempo when opportunities presented themselves, and finished through contact in traffic. Her toughness stood out, and she consistently made winning plays on both ends of the floor.

Murray was easily one of the best floor generals that I saw during the event. She played with great pace and knew when to attack the defense or when to pull the ball out and set the offense up. Kinsey threw some beautiful passes to teammates who, at times, didn’t seem to be open, but they were. She had multiple double-doubles during the weekend.

She was one of the most impressive guards I saw all weekend. A lefty with a quick burst, she consistently got downhill and finished at the rim with ease. She pushed the ball well in transition and showcased excellent vision — always finding teammates in the right spots and creating easy opportunities for others. Her handle was tight, and she had the ability to stop on a dime and knock down mid-range pull-ups. Her poise, pace, and ability to read the floor made her a true standout throughout the event
