I'm from a different world, and my trifecta is having done it as a coach, won national championships, as an evaluator, helped over a 1000 players go to college who had absolutely nothing, and of course, as a parent, my daughter was 36 and still playing in the WNBA, so one more time, #ThereIsNoMe and yes, there are stupid questions like "what's the criteria to play in the WNBA" but here are, I ain't changing, just not as much profanity, so seeing younger talent on the rise is one of my motivations to keep, keeping it real so let me drop this on the 2031's

Majors is showing signs of being a MAJOR problem to defend, and let me start with her being "long and athletic" and already showing she can get to the rim while being defended multiple ways. Her court vision off the dribble is a plus, well she sees the floor in the set also, but watching her create her shot and drop it, "catch and shoot" included, is nice

Jiles is one of the players on this squad who gives me flashbacks to when I first joined this organization, I think around 2018 or 2019, when the coaches' daughters, Gude and Minnit, were creating my Tip Sheets in elementary school. Jiles is also a "long and athletic" guard, and her smoothness on her finishes off the dribble after contact tells me a lot about what's coming. Her defense is solid, and she reads the floor and plays the passing lane

Fluker had me go back in time, aka use the search bar, see evaluations here, and how did I put it, "she won't be a FLUKE, and she has the IT factor" and this is from FOUR YEARS AGO. The great thing about watching her "on the court" progression is that she can get hers anytime she wants, and in the clutch, she excels under pressure, but watching her make those around her better is something you can't teach

Ingram is just under "the magic number Because that's one of the profiles countless next-level coaches look for, and that's when you start adding the intangibles, something a REAL EVALUATOR should know. Basic things like keeping the ball high, using hands and footwork to score, and finishing with either hand are all pluses, as is her rebounding on both ends and her already understanding how to get the outlet going. Her defense inside the paint looked good, so does her upside

Hardy is showing some positive signs around the basket, so let me start with she's tall and moves fluidly around the basket. Her lateral movement on the defensive end looks good, and seeing her go AFTA the ball off the rim, on both ends, always brings a smile to my face
