Prep Girls Hoops Missouri was in Columbia for the Midwest Showcase, which is held at The Fieldhouse. Here is a look at some of the standout performers from Thursday's first day of action.

[player_tooltip player_id='913073' first='Saniah' last='Jones'] (Lee's Summit West): The 5'11" 2028 was a force in the paint in leading the Titans to a pair of victories. She has a great combination of physical strength along with nimble footwork. When she establishes her position in the low post, she was impossible to move off her spot. She catches the ball with strength and finishes well inside. She was also beating defenders off the dribble from the perimeter and she could also hit the 3-pointer off the pick and pop or the trail in transition. Her passing skills are also a strong suit when she sees a dboule team inside.

[player_tooltip player_id='1039493' first='Bridget' last='Fitzgerald'] (Incarnate Word): The 6'3" 2028 forward showed why she is one of the top prospects in the state with her strong all-around play. She has a feathery shooting touch from the mid-range and from 3-point territory. She also makes her teammates better with her ability to facilitate offense. She was hitting open teammates with passes that were on target and she also makes herself available with her constant movement off the ball. She was also disruptive on defense with her height and length on the perimeter. She was getting multiple deflections.

[player_tooltip player_id='777617' first='Hadley' last='Gravatt'] (Liberty): The 6'0" 2027 guard was excellent in her team's victory on Thursday evening. Her height and versatility make her a tough matchup for opposing defenses. Her perimeter game was strong as she made multiple 3-pointers. When she wasn't knocking down shots from long distance, she was spreading the ball out to her teammates with her passing. She is an unselfish player who looks to find her teammates.

Easton McCullough (Farmington, AR): A 5'10" 2028 guard from Arkansas who is a highly-regarded prospect in the South. She was one of the top perimeter shooters that we watched during the day. Her shooting range extends well beyond the 3-point line as she could hit them off the catch or off the dribble after a nice escape move. She also got to the basket with some smooth moves off the dribble. She had one move where she had a double hesitation dribble to score in the paint. She is also an elite passer who knew when her teammates were open before they knew they were open. She was passing them open for easy layups.

[player_tooltip player_id='905177' first='Kate' last='Deck'] (Jackson): A 5'9" 2028 point guard from the SEMO area who had a strong performance in a victory over Bixby (OK). She has a nice offensive bag and she is smooth and under control with her movements. She is a three-level scoring threat who has a pull up game from the mid-range that was on point. She also knocked down multiple 3-pointers off her escape moves.

[player_tooltip player_id='803061' first='Destiny' last='Manyawu'] (Staley): The 6'3 2027 forward impacts the game at both ends of the court and in a big way. She uses her length and athleticism to be a big factor as a rebounder and shot blocker. She also runs the court well to get in the transition game. She has quick moves in the post as she scored on a pair or reverse layups along the baseline. She also passes the ball well out of the double team. She just continues to get better and better the more she plays.

[player_tooltip player_id='892865' first='Ryann' last='Arnold'] (Lee's Summit): A 6'0" 2027 forward who is comfortable and at home when she is on the perimeter, where she's able to make things happen for herself and her teammates. The Tigers can run their offense through her with her passing ability. She dropped a no-look dime to a cutting teammate that was tremendous. She can also uses her size and strength to power her way into the lane for a bucket while also being able to knock down a perimeter jumper.

[player_tooltip player_id='966424' first='Kinsley' last='Lawson'] (California): The 5'6" 2028 point guard is one of the top young players in the Mid-Missouri area. She has a high basketball IQ and such a good feel for the game. She is strong with the ball with good handles and she keeps the offense flowing. She is a great finisher in transition with layups with either hand. She is a plus shooter from 3-point range as she hit several triples in the final game of the evening. She makes things easy for everyone around her.
