PGH College Tour IV Saginaw Valley Paint Patrol

Saginaw Valley State University served as the fourth and final stop of the 2026 Prep Girls Hoops College Tour, giving players another opportunity to compete in front of college coaches from Division II, NAIA, Division III, and JUCO programs. While dynamic guard play often draws plenty of attention, several interior players made their presence felt by controlling the paint on both ends of the floor. Whether it was dominating the glass, protecting the rim, finishing through contact, or creating second-chance opportunities, these post players consistently impacted winning with their physicality, motor, and versatility. The following prospects established themselves as the "Paint Patrol" at College Tour IV, showcasing the toughness and interior presence that every successful team values.    Kaitlyn was a force in the paint for Hopson 15U at the PGH College Tour IV: Saginaw Valley, making her presence felt on both ends of the floor. The post player consistently protected the rim, recording numerous blocks by using her timing and length to alter shots throughout the day. She also controlled the glass, battling for rebounds and creating extra possessions for her team. Offensively, Kaitlyn did an excellent job establishing position by sealing defenders deep in the paint, allowing her to finish efficiently with either hand around the basket. One sequence that highlighted her persistence came when she secured an offensive rebound, drew contact on the put-back attempt, and calmly converted both free throws. Her physical play, rebounding, and rim protection made her one of the top interior performers at the event.     Kylee was one of the most versatile post players at the PGH College Tour IV Saginaw Valley, showcasing the ability to impact the game both inside and out. She consistently established herself in the paint, scoring efficiently around the basket while using her size and strength to control the interior. Kylee also demonstrated that she can stretch the floor, confidently knocking down shots from beyond the arc and forcing defenders to respect her perimeter game. Defensively, she anchored the paint with several blocked shots and made it difficult for opponents to finish around the rim. She was equally effective on the glass, securing rebounds on both ends and helping her team control possessions. Kylee's combination of interior presence, perimeter shooting, and defensive impact made her one of the top post players in attendance.     Trinity put together a strong performance for Kia Nurse at the PGH College Tour, consistently making her presence felt around the basket. The post player displayed impressive footwork and mobility in the paint, allowing her to create quality scoring opportunities throughout the day. She finished efficiently with either hand and showed great touch around the rim, making her a difficult matchup for defenders. Trinity also played through contact, converting a pair of three point plays that highlighted both her strength and body control. On the glass, she competed with a high motor and consistently came away with rebounds on both ends of the floor. Her combination of interior scoring, rebounding, and physical play made her one of the standout post players at the event.     Sophie, a post player for Mystics Chosen, made a strong impact on the glass during the PGH College Tour, consistently securing rebounds and extending possessions for her team. She showed solid footwork around the basket, creating space with controlled moves in traffic and staying balanced through contact. Around the rim, she finished efficiently with either hand, adjusting well to defenders and converting through pressure. Her presence inside stood out, especially with her ability to stay active on both ends of the floor and provide steady production in the paint.     Parker, a post player for SMAC Dawgs, put together a solid showing at the PGH College Tour. She was steady in the paint, showing strong hands on catches and consistently keeping the ball high on her finishes to avoid defenders and convert through contact. In pick-and-roll action, she displayed good touch and timing, finishing plays cleanly around the rim when her number was called. She also made her presence felt early in possessions by working hard to establish deep post position, using strength and effort to seal defenders and create high-percentage looks inside.
