Section 7 Brilliant Performers

Made play after play and anticipated the right things. Has a high level handle and footwork to match. Created many opportunities with her patience and dribble. Hit clutch threes all weekend. Showed to be one of if not the top offensive minded point guards in the gym. She put up 40 points going 9-12 from the field and 7 for 7 from beyond the perimeter. This included a few from the logo. Has a next level release off the pass. Very skilled with her dribble and creates enough space to be really effective off the dribble. She's never rushed by pressure and just makes play after play. She rebounds at a high level and can score from just about anywhere on the floor. She can effectively play multiple positions and impact the game from any one of them. Great passer and a tremendous leader on the floor. As one college coach in attendance said " Dora plays like someone who has been through it all" She is composed and unphased by anything the opposing team does. She makes the right adjustments and plays. Does the dirty work. Takes charges, gets to the floor and plays with and through some tough physicality. She's a high level player on both sides of the ball. Very strong defender who can shut down the post. Showed the ability to steal the ball and take it the length of the court finishing the shot through contact. Can space the floor really well. A tremendous competitor who impacts at a very high level. O'Dowd helped lead the Higley Knights to a 3-1 record falling just short in the semi-finals. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
