Names to know outside of the Top-100 of the 2027 Rankings

The 2027 class is loaded with talent, and it is DEEP. So deep that there are players who just missed the cut when it comes to being in the top 100 of the class, but these same players would no doubt be ranked a lot higher in other rankings.   Regardless, these are great players, and these five are names that I could see finding their way further into the rankings in the near future.    Warren boasts plenty of talent, especially in its frontcourt. However, you cannot forget about the Lady Lumberjacks' star guard, [player_tooltip player_id='1245343' first='Breize' last='Fellows'].   In 2025/26, Fellows had a highly consistent week in December. During a 3-game stretch, she averaged 13.3 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 3 assists per game, while shooting 57.8% from the field and 41.7% from downtown.   As that 41.7% clip will tell you, Fellows cannot be left open from beyond the arc. She has a quick shot release and puts plenty of arc on the ball. Fellows is a great catch-and-shoot player who finds ways to get herself open without the ball. Of course, if you overplay her on the perimeter, she will attack you and get to the basket.   [player_tooltip player_id='1245343' first='Breize' last='Fellows'] earned all-conference and all-state selections this past year thanks to her scoring and ability to not make many mistakes on the floor, which is rare for a high school player.     Like Warren, Maumelle Charter has a great frontcourt. For the Lady Falcons, [player_tooltip player_id='1190630' first='Taytum' last='Vire'] does her part when it comes to shutting down the painted area.   This past season, Vire led her team in total defensive rebounds, field goal percentage, 3-point percentage, free throw percentage, and total blocks. As a big, Vire is capable of stepping out on the perimeter and knocking down triples, as she hit those shots at a 30% clip last year. She is also efficient scoring down low, shooting 47% on the year.   Some of Vire's most impactful outings last season came on not just in the scoring category, but on the glass, as she had games like against Rose Bud where she collected 14 boards in addition to her 10 points. She had another 14-rebound performance against Bald Knob earlier on in the year. Of course, she can get buckets, as evident by her 20-point outing against Pangburn in January.   [player_tooltip player_id='1190630' first='Taytum' last='Vire'] is a highly underrated big, but if she can continue to prove she can hit threes at an efficient clip, while also being a great rebounder and post scorer, she is certainly going to be well inside the top-100 next season.     [player_tooltip player_id='1808189' first='Summer' last='Morgan'] is coming off an all-conference season with Marion, and she should certainly be higher than #109.   Morgan had some solid performances this past year, including her 18-point outing against Greene County Tech in February. She also put together a complete performance against Searcy around the same time, putting up 17 points, 4 boards, 3 assists, and 3 steals.   Morgan is a very talented scorer. When she has an open lane to the basket, there are few who can stop her. She has shown that she reacts quickly to what the defense throws her way, as she can hit defenders with a quick spin move in the paint or absorb bumps and finish through contact.   [player_tooltip player_id='1808189' first='Summer' last='Morgan']'s game is vast, and she is definitely deserving of a ranking increase after the next update.     Mayflower's [player_tooltip player_id='1093320' first='Chloe' last='Whittington'] does not get talked about enough, but with her great outside shooting, sooner or later people will wake up to her elite abilities.   Whittington's 3-point shooting ability sure makes the rest of the game come easily to her. She showed that against Dover this year, popping 6 triples on her way to 23 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 stocks. She is capable of solid all-around performances every night, as she put together a 13-point, 5-rebound, 5-assist, and 4-steal game against Baptist Prep in early February.   Whittington's shooting stroke is excellent, as she has a quick release and solid balance. She can knock down shots off both the catch and the bounce, being able to work around screens well. The rising senior also has no problem shooting threes in transition, even if they are a couple steps behind the arc.   [player_tooltip player_id='1093320' first='Chloe' last='Whittington'] is an underrated scorer who is known to terrorize the 3A classification. I believe that will be back on display in 2026/27.     [player_tooltip player_id='1180779' first='Jozy' last='Rehrig'] has been a force in North Arkansas, and that should not be any different this coming year.   Rehrig is more than capable of making giant impacts on the glass, the defensive end, and when it comes to scoring. She proved that against Yellville-Summit this year, recording 15 points, 15 rebounds, and 5 steals.   That double-double against Yellville-Summit is great, but her double-double against Timbo in November was even better, as she grabbed 14 boards and scored a then-career-high 30 points in a massive win, dominating in every way.   [player_tooltip player_id='1180779' first='Jozy' last='Rehrig'] is one of the best forwards at this level in Arkansas, and she is deserving of a place inside the top 100 of the 2027 rankings.
