DAWGget looked like an entirely different player than in year's past. At both Gym Ratz and the May live period in AC, she impressed me with her physical downhill attack. Her first season playing AAU ball was a major success with NJ Rise, to say the least! After strong performances at the AC Showcase, GymRatz, Hershey and the Hoop Group finale, Gia's summer culminated with an offer from Lycoming College! Her strongest showing of the season, in my eyes, came in Atlantic City during the May eval period. Her handles looked more solid than ever and she read the floor wonderfully to execute plays consistently.
