KY Freshman Showcase Guards Who Play Bigger Than Their Size

She's quick on the dribble and excellent about handling pressure while running point. She has a high-level hesi dribble and doesn't back down to bigger girls. She's put time into her handles and that is seen and felt nearly every time she's got the ball. I enjoyed watching her push the tempo for her team. It seemed wherever the ball was, Taylynn was right there. She is strong and finishes at the rim well despite tough circumstances. She has a quick behind-the-back dribble to change directions challenging any great defender to quickly move their hips. She lifts her team with her spirited style of competing. She has a lightning fast first step that gets her defender on her hip on her journey to the basket. She seeks out contact and plays well through it. She and [player_tooltip player_id='1883212' first='Kymber' last='Graves'] were a great pairing on Team 3. She has quick hands for steals. She gets the ball out quickly and advances for the transition points. Palmer is a team player and is willing to do the little things for her team. She's aggressive and gets stops because of her tenacious defense. I think this is a player who will continue to surprise us as she develops. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
