Palmer Payne Palmer Payne Palmer Payne 5'6" | PG/SG Assumption | 2030 KY is a ball of energy and affects the game any time she’s on the floor. She has quick hands for steals. She gets the ball out quickly and advances for the transition points. Palmer is a team player and is willing to do the little things for her team. She’s aggressive and gets stops because of her tenacious defense. I think this is a player who will continue to surprise us as she develops.
