In regard to her perimeter jumper, she mainly scores off catch-and-shoot actions. She does an extremely good job of setting her feet up to go into her shot quickly after receiving a pass. She can also hit shots from well behind the arc. One of her best games shooting from distance was against Crockett County High School, where she made five 3-pointers.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Strayhorn is also a big steal threat. She has a good rhythm left-hand jumper that holds real promise.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Johnson also can be a good post defender. She is quick in reacting to the movement of other post players, which allows her to stick with them well and generate good contests and blocks on occasion. This includes a game against Ripley High School. The two things that go into her being such a good shot blocker are her vertical athleticism and her footwork. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Lewis can use the necessary footwork for paint-attacking situations. If she sees a player pulling up for a short jumper, she moves forward through the shot to contest it. She is relentless in her pursuit of interior baskets and rebounds. Mitchell is a constant second-chance scoring threat with this aggression, and with these traits in her skill set, she makes a constant impact on games. Last season against Collierville High School, she had a double-double, logging 16 points and 11 rebounds.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Mitchell is also solid at creating off the dribble. This allows her to get easy layups when her teammates locate her, as well as offensive rebounds. In a game against Bolton High School last season, she did this a ton.
