I mentioned earlier how the 3-on-3 games are improving, so that's a positive, as I assume more players are playing and learning to comprehend things on their own, so here are some players who gave me glimpses of what they may become

Allison continues to be a must-see for me every time, and hitting double-digit Tip Sheets from me before her first high school game is huge see evaluations here. Her versatility will continue to elevate her next-level status; yeah, she's also "long and athletic," but her "hands and footwork" to score in multiple ways, as well as slicing by defenders or dropping the jumper were on point

Calhoun has been seen by both of my PGH Texas colleagues; see evaluations here but watching her skillset, yeah, I love seeing "hands and footwork" to score because it still works, but speaking of work, that's something she puts that in on both ends. She also scored off the dribble, first step was nice, and has solid body control after contact, and her interior defense looked good, so did her "on the ball" pressure

O'Dell had me thinking, "Oh, well," as her name preceded her, but since I've been using Dell for almost 40 years, she showed me she understands how to use defenders. She has the double whammy of being "long and athletic" and standing above "the magic number," which means she will be a draw for next-level coaches on the circuit with that alone, She moves fluidly on both ends, has solid timing on defense, scores off the dribble, and dropped the midrange

Pace has the right last name because she continues to show me a high ceiling; see evaluations here As much as I love seeing the "hands and footwork" because it's from another era, she also gives me another #THROWBACK, which has become a lost art, follows her shot! Her timing and rebounding have gotten better, and so has her finishing after contact when attacking off the dribble

Villegas falls into that #sizedontmatter group, and it never matters when you can play. Watching her do a variety of things that remind me so much of yesteryear had me smiling. She understands positioning to out-rebound taller players. She beats the offensive player to "the spot" and makes them pick up their dribble, but her "hands and footwork" to finish multiple times "dropped the mic"
