It was hard not to miss her size, but the guard skills she possesses and put on display were a bit of a surprise. Hill looked confident and comfortable handling the basketball on the perimeter, where she knocked down multiple mid-range and three-point shots at the camp. She also delivered some very nice passes to her teammates, one in particular coming with one hand off the dribble where Hill put a little spin on the ball and hit her teammate in the post right on the money. Alexis finished very well around the rim and was an active and impactful rebounder the entire four hours. She has the potential to be a big-time player in her class, not just in Florida, but the southeast.

Someone had to get the basketball to the scorers on team five and the primary distributor ended up being Webb, who handled the ball exceptionally well and found her teammates on time and in the pocket with passes in both 3 versus 3 and five versus five competitions. Aniyah also showed the ability to score herself finishing smoothly with both hands at the basket showing very good footwork, using Euro step moves and step overs to avoid contact with defenders. Webb is capable of punishing opposing defenses outside of the painted area as well knocking down multiple shots from the perimeter on Sunday.

Modric scored the basketball a lot and did so from all three levels at the camp. She really impressed me with her play during five versus five, where she attacked the basket repeatedly before finishing with short jumpers, tough floaters, and lay ups around the basket. Modric was in perpetual motion, never stopping her cutting and sprinting which got her into positions to score often. She has good height and a very good wingspan for a player out on the wing and in the few occasions where she ran the point guard position. She dropped down in help defense on one play swatting a three-point shot out of the air.

Diaz was another player whose high activity level and effort got her in positions to score the ball. It was her skill that she showed finishing from 15 feet and in that allowed her to capitalize on being in the middle of the action. Kai made the difficult look easy one or more occasion scoring over her defender. Diaz is long and plays long. which allowed her to deflect passes and put ball pressure on the opposing teams on defense. She is a very good slasher with the basketball and used her athleticism to elevate and finish from 15 feet and in. Kai partnered very well with [player_tooltip player_id='1236886' first='Jasmine' last='Modric'] the entire showcase.

Miller was fundamentally sound in most offensive areas, ball handling specifically was a strength she displayed along with good vison and the ability to pass the basketball on the move and on the money. Devon is a sneaky good athlete who showed good bursts of quickness and the ability to elevate off the floor. She used these physical gifts to harass ball handlers on the defensive end. Devon did a good job in help defense showing to the ball and returning to her assignment. She plays with a high IQ and competes hard each possession. She looked to be a well-rounded, fundamentally strong player on offense.

Flores has what a lot of college coaches are looking for at the guard position, which is that rare combination of size, skill, and athleticism. Jarymar has all three in spades, but it is the first and last two attributes that left the biggest impression on me. Flores plays way bigger than 5'9 with her wingspan and leaping ability. She used them well on both ends of the floor, defensively smothering ball handlers and making the simplest of tasks difficult. Offensively, Flores' strength now is slashing to the basket and getting out in transition and finishing on the break.

Smith was another play who showed a very good offensive skill package throughout the course of the four hour camp. She was especially good in 3 versus 3 where there was a lot more space on the small courts at Seminole Sports Academy. During the first part of the camp, Gracie demonstrated an excellent crossover which she used a couple times to create the space needed to score. On one play she smoothly laid the ball up and off the glass with her left hand after the leaving the defender on the wing with a nice crossover. Smith also hit multiple threes showing her versatility to go along with her excellent size. She looks like a definite yes when it comes to a player who will have the opportunity to compete on the next level after high school.

Eastman has the size and strength of a post player combined with the skill and footwork of a guard. She was a very difficult matchup for opposing teams at the camp as she impacted the game both inside and out on the offensive end. Eastman can really shoot the basketball and at her height that is a luxury. When Lily put the basketball on the floor she was able to blow by slower post players who tried to defend her on the perimeter. She is a player to watch the next three years in Florida. She has the intangibles and physical attributes to play on the next level to along with a solid skill set.

Todd was a player I am very familiar with having seen her on multiple stops with [program_tooltip program_id='931970' first='Duval' last='Elite'] on the Select Events circuit. Brinkley did what she does best again on Sunday creating off the dribble for herself and her teammates on Sunday. She has a very sneaky handle that always impresses with crossovers, spin moves, and hesi's which she uses to get past by her defender and make opposing teams pay. She is a very good finisher inside the three-point line and will hurt defenses who do not respect her shot from three-point range. She is a very skilled player who understands the game on offense, like using her size to shield off defenders when handling the ball and waiting on the help to come before hitting her teammate who they left.

The first thing that stood out about team five was their ability to score the basketball collectively and individually. Several players put the ball in the basket in a variety of ways, often in quite impressive fashion. The second thing about this group was their size.
