Upperclassmen Forwards Hooping at XBL Fall League Week 2

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I took in six games from the XBL Fall League this past weekend, with five games at AYA Athletic Center and another at Seffner Christian. The league featured plenty of talent from around the Tampa Bay area, giving everyone a chance to see a variety of players compete in a live setting. From emerging young prospects to players continuing to establish themselves, there were several names who caught my eye throughout the league. She has good size, length, and knocked down a smooth jumper from the free-throw line area as she can step out of knock it down too. She showed good timing as a shot blocker and has strong hands with a large catch radius. She rolls and cuts to the rim well and understands how to put herself in position to make plays around the basket. She is a big, strong lefty who does a good job crashing the offensive glass and rebounding on both ends. Her left-hand finishes look good even when working through traffic, and she has great form on her shot. She looks more comfortable putting the ball on the floor and does a good job getting her feet set and shot ready on the catch. She can finish through contact with either hand and showed that with an and-one finish with her left. Kniya also took on the challenge of guarding a much bigger and younger player by using her strength, frame, and experience to slow her down and make things difficult.
