This season, she should gain valuable back court experience alongside Green Run's senior leaders. Although defense anchors her game, she can provide scoring when needed. Her quickness and athleticism help her create shots in traffic and finish against contests. Consequently, her defensive impact should earn her consistent minutes and a significant role in Green Run's rotation.

Samiah may be the lesser-known Parham twin, but that does not mean she is less skilled. Instead, she makes her impact through the gritty work that rarely grabs headlines. A relentless defender, Parham embraces physical play and refuses to shy away from contact. Whether battling in the post, pursuing loose balls, or taking charges, she competes without hesitation. Those skills and intangibles should serve her well as she steps into the starting lineup for her sophomore season.

Durham finished second on Lakeland's scoring list as a freshman, but graduation claimed her two running mates. During that campaign, she established herself as a lead guard with a nose for the basket. Now, Durham looks poised to become Lakeland's primary offensive weapon. Her proven ability to score and defend at the high school level should prepare her for that expanded role.

Sveinbjornsdottir played a significant reserve role during Princess Anne's state championship season. Within a deep backcourt, she proved she could run the offense, lead the press, and score when needed. Now, graduation losses and an off season coaching change create an opportunity for an expanded role. Sveinbjornsdottir could become the next standout in Princess Anne's storied program.

As Hampton Roads' 2029 class gains attention, these three prospects could turn larger roles into breakout sophomore seasons, and end up on the radar of college coaches across the region.
