5 Uncommitted 2027s Still on the Board

With the high school season approaching, more talented seniors remain uncommitted as recruitment continues. This group features players who contribute in different ways, from three-level scoring and strong interior play to defensive intensity and versatility on both ends of the floor. Here's a look at five prospects and the strengths they bring to the next level. Davis is a skilled and physical forward who has established herself as a leader and scoring threat, using her strength and athleticism to create opportunities at all three levels. She attacks downhill, finishes through contact, and battles aggressively on the glass to secure rebounds and generate second-chance opportunities. Her ability to impact the game offensively and set the tone with her competitive approach has carried over from Bishop Ireton to Fairfax Stars, and she holds offers from Siena and Bryant. Williams is a versatile post player who uses her size, athleticism, and positioning to establish a strong presence around the basket. She finishes efficiently in the low post, controls the glass, and protects the rim with her ability to contest and block shots. Her mid-range shooting, passing ability, and foot speed give her the potential to stretch the floor and defend bigger wings, adding another dimension to her game. Standing at 6'4", Turner brings impressive size and length to the paint, using her frame to establish position and finish over defenders around the basket. She has made noticeable improvements offensively, showing better touch in the low post, and contributes with strong rebounding, smart passing, and the ability to alter or block shots defensively. Her continued development and potential at the next level have earned her offers from Lycoming, Wayland Baptist, VSU, Norfolk State, and Winston-Salem State. Collins is an athletic and versatile player whose explosiveness, agility, and high motor allow her to make an impact on both ends of the floor. She runs hard in transition, times her cuts to create scoring opportunities, and uses her ball-handling ability and court awareness to facilitate and attack from the perimeter. Her defensive activity, rebounding, and willingness to make the extra effort contribute to her value as a well-rounded player, earning her an offer from UMBC. Hubbard is a tough, physical defender who embraces challenging assignments, using her quick feet, active hands, and strong positioning to disrupt opposing scorers. She applies pressure on the ball, contests shots, and creates transition opportunities through deflections and steals, adding to her impact with aggressive rebounding and timely cuts offensively. Her defensive versatility and relentless effort make her a valuable two-way presence, earning her offers from Howard, Chowan, Longwood, Winston-Salem State, North Carolina Central, Ferrum, and Saint Francis.
