Davis is a dominant three-level scorer who has the ability to take over games with her combination of skill, strength, and aggressiveness. She scores efficiently from all areas of the floor with a difficult-to-contest mid-range jumper, soft touch around the rim, and the ability to stretch defenses from beyond the arc. She impacts winning with her downhill attacks, physical finishing ability, transition play, and strong court vision, making her a matchup problem whenever she steps on the floor.

Geornae is a true three-level scorer who can impact the game from anywhere on the floor. She creates offense in the mid-range with a high release point that makes her jumper difficult to contest. Around the basket, she displays soft touch and a variety of finishing moves, including impressive up-and-under finishes that allow her to score around defenders.

Geornae was the definition of dominant in the game against her game against the Albany Lady Stars and then again against Loudoun Flexx. She had her out side game clicking with the three and even had a five point play with a foul and one, rebounding her own free throw miss for a three. There was a point that she did whatever she wanted and no one could do anything to stop her.

Davis was a force for Fairfax Stars 17U EYBL, overwhelming opponents with her aggressiveness, physicality, and nonstop activity. She attacked downhill relentlessly, earned multiple and-one opportunities, sprinted the floor for transition finishes, and positioned herself well to seal defenders and finish through contact around the basket. Davis also showcased strong playmaking ability with long outlet passes in transition while confidently demanding the ball and delivering momentum-shifting plays that energized her team.

In a Saturday loss for Fairfax Stars, Davis was a bright spot. Went for a game high 17 points. Active and aggressive on both ends. Plays strong on drives to the rims, finishing well and earning trips to the line. If defenders sag off she’ll drill mid-range jumpers in their faces. Brought good grit by snagging 7 rebounds against bigger foes. Appears to be a sleeper out east in Virginia.

Davis ranked top 30 in multiple statistical categories while scoring in double figures, including 13, 14, and 17 points. She brings a strong interior presence, using her physicality to control the paint and finish through contact. Defensively, she protects the rim and makes smart rotations, giving her consistent impact on both ends.

Geornae Davis had a great year for a young Bishop Ireton team. She has good vision, and it is most useful when she is playing out of the post. She is a terrific defender and shows how to defend the paint without being a great athlete. She is strong and uses that when she is bullying players in the post. Geronae was first team in the WCAC and will be one of the top players again next year, and Ireton should return all their production.

Geornae earned multiple top honors this season, including VISAA First Team All-State and WCAC First Team All-Conference, and will look to carry that momentum into EYBL play. She is an elite defender, rotating from the weak side to block shots and protect the rim. Offensively, she is a strong post presence who draws double teams and makes smart decisions by finding open teammates when defenses collapse.

Geornae built an outstanding resume with WCAC First Team All-Conference honors, VISAA First Team All-State recognition, and back-to-back state championships. She played consistently well all season and will compete on the EYBL circuit this spring with Fairfax Stars 17U. She attacks the basket with strength, using her body to create space and shield the ball from defenders. She also embraces the physical side of the game, taking charges and contesting shots while dominating the glass on both ends.

Davis provided energy and production, especially in the second quarter. She converted at the line, ran the floor effectively, and capitalized on transition plays to help Ireton stay ahead. Her offensive rebounding and constant efforts to keep plays alive created additional scoring opportunities. Late free throws helped extend Ireton’s lead in the closing seconds.
