Team Previews- Lake Center Christian

The Lake Center Christian Lady Tigers are coming off a great 2025-26 season where they finished 15-9 including a huge road win at East Canton 47-44 in the OHSAA Division 6 Tournament! The other big wins last season for the Tigers during the regular season were against Open Door Christian on the road and Manchester at home. The Lady Tigers are one of few teams in Northeast Ohio that didn't graduate anyone and have all key players returning this coming season. Head Coach Mike Treen has big expectations for this program after the way they ended last year. In this article, I will evaluate and talk about the intriguing prospects returning for the 2026-27 campaign for the Lady Tigers!

Players to Watch

Megan is a very skilled power forward who is capable of spacing the floor hitting the three pointer and scoring in the paint. Very versatile! [player_tooltip player_id='1898218' first='Megan' last='Treen'] is capable of bringing the ball up the floor and initiating the offense. Defensively she moves her feet well and presents a strong wall on drives. Rebounding beast! I think this senior is still just tapping the surface of her potential! A student of the game who wants to be great. The Lady Tigers will rely heavily on her production on both ends as she hopes to take her game to the next level! Megan is looking forward to being the catalyst for the Tigers during her senior year. (featured picture)

Lilly is a fun junior forward to watch play the game! [player_tooltip player_id='1936647' first='Lilly' last='Kane'] has a high basketball IQ and knows when to take the shot and when to drive inside and draw contact. Pure free throw form!
