Prep Girls Hoops was honored to cover the Toledo Top 64 at Scott High School on Saturday, October 10th. This event featured an INVITE-ONLY showcase of the top 64 prospects in the classes of 2027-2030 throughout Toledo and the Northwest Ohio area. In this article, I will break down and evaluate my third list of my Top 20 standouts featuring more top sophomores that shined at the event on Saturday!

Kendall played very well on both ends at the Toledo Top 64. This sophomore is a physical force who can score in multiple ways around the basket. I like her skillset paired with her high motor. Kendall Teamer is a difficult matchup given her size and versatility on the perimeter. Multiple times she caught the ball in a triple threat and immediately looked to score it. Tough and physical forward! She made a nice pull-up jump shot as well. Good looking form! Kendall also had a strong finish at the basket in transition. This ranked sophomore offers a ton of upside for Notre Dame Academy! (featured picture)

A good high motor sophomore who plays the game the right way. Mia Stubbe showed at the Toledo Top 64 that she isn't afraid of getting physical in the post. She's very skilled offensively and makes the right decisions with the ball. She's the first player on the ground going after a loose ball! This forward offers good size and a growing skillset. I saw a lot of positives from this sophomore and I'm sure there's a lot more in store for her this coming season at Notre Dame Academy!

My second time seeing Delaney this preseason and I can't get over the toughness and motor this girl has! Delaney Brown immediately stood out on both ends at the Toledo Top 64. She's a polished ball handler and inside finisher already for her age. This PGs first step and acceleration is next level! She gets downhill so quickly and uses multiple crafty finishes at the basket. Loves drawing contact! Delaney's shot is also pure from deep. Her defensive intensity also makes her stand out amongst her peers. No quit in this sophomore guard! She's a must to have on your 2029 board!

Emelia is a really intriguing and skilled sophomore forward that college coaches need to get to know now! At over 6-feet tall, Emilia Kin offers a ton of upside. She can handle the ball and looks to attack with force and authority off the dribble. Her size and versatility makes her a defensive nightmare! I loved the high motor she displayed at the Toledo Top 64. Shot blocking and rebounding machine! I'm also bought in on her shot from deep. Pure stroke! A sophomore forward who already has a physical and polished post game. Look out for Emelia this year at Liberty-Benton!

One of the grittiest players at the Toledo Top 64! Kadi Peabody was in the middle of every play for her team. She sat down in a stance and got after it defensively. Super high motor! Definitely capable of getting the ball downhill and facilitating the offensive. I'm certainly going to be keeping an eye on Kadi during her sophomore year at Anthony Wayne!
