Top Green Bay Area Seniors

With the start of practices right around the corner, I wanted to continue highlighting top senior talent this time in the Green Bay area.

Williams, a Southwest Baptist University commit, starts her final season, with the Pirates, just shy of 1,000 career points as she headlines the list of Top seniors in the Green Bay area. As a junior Williams averaged 16.2 points, 3.9 rebounds, 1.4 assists, and 2 steals per game while shooting 41% from 3 and was named 1st Team All-Conference and All-Defensive team. Williams is a balanced offensive player who brings the intensity, on both ends of the court, and will be key if Bay Port is to unseat defending FRCC champion Notre Dame this season.

Fischer starts her 4th year of varsity play as one of the more balanced players, on both ends of the court, in Northeast Wisconsin. 1st Team All-Conference, as a junior, Fischer's stat line, was not necessarily "eye popping" putting up 13.9 ppg, 5.1 rpg, 1.0 apg, 1.9 spg, and 1.0 bpg, but she is the steadying force for a team that will contend for a conference title just a couple of seasons removed from running the FRCC table in 2025.

5-8 Walder, after playing in only 12 games as a sophomore, had a breakout junior season averaging 15.0 ppg, 1.5 rpg, 0.7 agp, and 1.5 spg, while shooting 39% from 3, earning her 2nd Team All-Conference accolades. West De Pere finished their FRCC inaugural season with a respectable 10-6 record a season after winning the Bay Conference.

Denmark's "Swiss Army knife", VanVonderen has been a player to watch, her whole high school career, and is on the cusp of 1,000 career points. 1st-Team All Conference, as a junior, VanVonderen put up 14.6 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 2.1 apg, 1.8 spg while leading the Vikings to another 20 win season.

Lucassen, in my opinion, is one of the more underrated players in the area.
