What I’ve liked about watching Williams develop over the last three years is how she always finds a way to improve, and sometimes it’s so subtle people don’t even realize it. For instance, she wasn’t always a great perimeter shooter, but when I brought up that she was north of 40% from beyond the arc this past high school season, it took them by surprise. She has always been a good athlete who got downhill, but she’s developed her all-around game over the past few years and can continue to develop as she graduates and gets to the next level.

I was as impressed by Williams as I’ve ever been in her Purple Aces group’s first 3SSB stop in Bryan, Texas. I thought she looked the part athletically and was comfortable defending some elite talent in her team’s first four games at the Adidas live period. She has the athletic tools and has steadily improved her skillset. She has become a more consistent offensive threat in her first three high school seasons.

The Green Bay area native looked excellent in the games I saw her play at Purple Aces first 3SSB event down in Bryan, Texas. Williams’ athleticism played well against multiple high-major talents she lined up against, and she was in her element every second she was on the floor. To say she looked solid may be an understatement of what she showed in her minutes at the Legends Event Center.

Williams knows how to Do-Si-Do with the basketball and put the rock in the basket! Beautiful coast to coast trip to the rim and spin move finish in the lane for two! Strong motor, times her blocks well, and her overall defensive awareness and active hands on ball and in help-side creates turnovers!
