Wrapping up the Expo

As I put a bow on another successful PGH Expo, I wanted to do some "quick hits" on more standout players before transitioning back to conference previews, later this week, and then onto more player-focused content.

Once known mainly for her defense, Rudnick showed a complete, all-around offense skillset at The Expo. After leading Seymour in scoring her freshman season at 13.2 ppg, the 5-9 Rudnick looks like she has found another gear offensively showing a consistent mid to long-range jumper to go along with confident handles and that defensive intensity that she is known for.

Sheboygan South's Nienhuis was one of last season's top freshman, bursting onto the scene to lead the Redwings in all four major statistical categories and it is easy to see why after watching her at The Expo. Nienhuis is a smooth offensive player, who can score both off the dribble and in catch/shoot situations, and was a force on the glass and defensively. More to come on her in coming weeks...

The 6-1 Hartford product impressed with her improving game at The Expo a few weeks ago. Possessing good length, strength, and an improved shooting touch, Bailey put herself on the map as one of the players to watch in the junior class this season.

Milosh seems to get better every time I see her and the Expo was no exception. Strength, physicality, and aggressiveness are Milosh's calling cards and they were on full display along with a savvy scoring touch around the basket and good vision working out of the high post.
