<p class="text-gray-700">Flowers is a 5'10" forward with a blend of size and versatility in her game in the interior. Her motor has stood out and when paired with her soft touch, it's a combination that makes her dangerous on the inside. </p>

<p>In 12 games last season, Flowers posted 13.7 PPG, 7.2 RPG, 1.4 SPG, 1.2 APG, and 0.8 BPG in 17.2 minutes per contest. Her ability to impact the game in multiple ways stands out in both the eye test and the box score. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Lewis stands at 6'2" and does a great job of using her size to her advantage in the interior on both sides of the floor. </p>

<p>In 30 games for Casteel last season, Lewis posted 12.5 points, 9.7 rebounds, 2.4 blocks, 1.3 steals and 1.3 assists per game. She shot 43% from the field and averaged 1.1 points per possession. She had 12 double-doubles on the season and frequently stuffed the stat sheet across the board. </p>

<p>Lewis will look to build off her momentum entering her junior season at Casteel. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Westra is a talented multi-sport athlete entering her junior season for Red Mountain. She comes in as our 8th-ranked PF in the Class of 2026. She is one of the top rebounders in her class and will look to build off that going into her junior season.</p>

<p>The 5'11" forward posted 7.6 points, 9.6 rebounds, 1.4 steals, and 1.0 blocks per game in 27 games on varsity her sophomore year. She shot 40% from the field on the season.</p>

<p>Our Jacob Seliga wrote this about her in his <a href="https://prepgirlshoops.com/2024/06/section-7-city-of-glendale-bracket-preview/">Section 7 City of Glendale Bracket Preview</a>: <em>"Right away what jumps out is her ability to use her size and box out bigger defenders to create proper positioning allowing her to rebound with ease. She's one of the more prolific rebounders in her class."</em></p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Nwabichie is next in our rankings as the number nine PF in the Class of 2026. The 6'0" rising junior is coming off a strong sophomore season and summer transitioning into her junior year at Paradise Honors in Surprise, AZ. </p>

<p>In 21 contests last season, Nwabichie averted 9.1 PPG, 2.4 RPG, and 1.0 SPG on an ultra-efficient 54% shooting clip. She knows how to play to her strengths and find good looks around the rim and should only get better as she enters her third season on varsity in a more featured role. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Bland is a player to watch this upcoming season at Millennium. She made significant progress from her freshman to sophomore season a year ago and continues to build towards being a reliable threat. </p>

<p>In 27 games last season, Bland put up 6.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.1 steals, 1.7 assists and 0.3 blocks per game. </p>

<p>Cedric Cobb added Bland to <a href="https://prepgirlshoops.com/2024/04/2026-newcomers-pt-2/">our list of 2026 Newcomers</a> back in April of this year, writing: <em>"Rihanna is solid all-around forward that contributes in multiple areas. She is a good rebounder and has very active hands-on defense. Bland has a good touch from the perimeter and will get more opportunities to show it in the future."</em></p>
