Week 2 in Review- Young Guns on the move, Part 1!

I covered the Saturday games at the Thrill in the Ville event, along with a couple of other games who had some players to see. She broke the school record for steals in a game in just the second game of her high school career. She is quick guard with good active hands. Moves her feet well to disrupt passes and anticipates well. Things have just gotten started for her. Her game has improved as she has gained confidence and a solid growth in her game. Mismatch up top, London can connect from the three, has long and lengthy frame to disrupt the passing lanes and can hit the boards. Josie played up with an older AAU team last spring and it helped her game. She plays the game hard, can get north-south well and has a good game IQ for a freshman. Solid at penetrating to the rim. I have seen her before and did see her again back in the scrimmage month of November. I attended the big Alter v Wayne game today and she really has taken her game to a high level. Very well poised for a freshman, plays the game with intensity and passion with a very good motor. Quick and active, moves well and creates. Thomas is a fiery guard with intensity and the heart of wanting to do whatever it takes to win. Shifty and athletic, she can run the show or withstand the physical play when getting to the rim.
