Gilmore is in a unique position because one thing I catch each time I see her is "on the court" progression and the ability to adapt to whatever situation she's placed in. She attacks the basket strongly, finishes the same way, and can drop the jumper yet her court vision and defense continue to rise

Smith had shown me how effective her first step was, yet her explosiveness in the open and half-court was impressive as she blows by defenders to score or dish. Her court vision across the board is solid but when you add she can drop the jumper, this includes the "stop and pop" and applies heat defensively, her upside is good

Lausser has been putting up numbers in high school showing she could score in a variety of ways yet that comes as no surprise as I had a chance to evaluate her a couple of times before she went under the bright lights see evaluation here

Nelson is, how can I put this, fearless on both ends of the court and the thing that impressed me most was her ability to change the momentum of the game, from either end see evaluation here .
He is still learning the game yet she's a fast learner because I have seen her multiple times and guess what I love to see "on the court" progression. Her being 6'3 makes her "a draw" for next-level coaches to take a good look at and her upside will bring them in from a variety of levels see evaluation here
