Penright is an athletic guard who understands how to use her athleticism on both ends, but handing the ball under pressure, going full speed, is one of the things that initially caught my eye from her at the Simmie Colson Classic see evaluation here I use plenty of acronyms, either to describe things in the game or people so SWB shook me up, speed with the ball. Penright is on the verge of blowing completely up, as she is another player who has shown me quite a bit in several settings, see evaluation here, as she’s an athletic guard who uses her athleticism on both ends. Her “on the ball” defense has always stood out, yet it’s becoming “smothering” as she’s picking pockets and playing the passing lane better, and her blowing by defenders to score also looked good

Penright is another explosive guard who can go 0-80 with the ball and stay under control yet she also has good court vision in transition, in the set as well as off the dribble. I love her upside because pressure is irrelevant when she’s facing it, yet she also applies it, and that’s a problem see evaluation here
