Neal rhymes with DEAL, and seeing her exploding off the dribble and finish strongly after contact, sometimes acrobatically, keeps getting better. Her frame absorbs contact like it isn’t even there, yet observing her set the defender up to drop the jumper, use the step-back, or attack the rim is huge at her stage, as she’s only a sophomore

#20 up from #24 Neal showed me she’s the DEAL in person several times, and to be honest with you, based on what she’s doing now offensively, there’s no telling how high she will keep climbing. She’s strong and finishes strongly off the dribble, yet her jumper, “stop and pop” included, is among the best in her class see evaluations here

Neal has impressed me at club tryouts, with her school team at the TABC Showcase, as well as with her club team at the Super 64, and one thing is consistent, she elevates on her jumper, and she can drop it from wherever she wants see evaluations here Watchig her attack and score or dish off the dribble was another plus, as well as her rebounding and defense and I see her on the verge of cracking the Top 20 soon

Neal closes out this segment like she was closing it out giving me acrobatic finishes off the dribble. I was even more impressed with her elevation to drop the jumper as she does a good job setting the defender up to explode off the ground yet her explosiveness off the dribble had me smiling., so did her “on the ball” pressure

Neal rhymes with DEAL, and seeing her “thread the needle” for assists was nice, but peep this, her “on the ball” pressure and diving on the floor for loose balls “JUST DID IT” for me. She understands how to use her athleticism on both ends, and seeing her powerful finishes off the dribble cosigns that. Her “stop and pop” jumper, as well as the “catch and shoot” were also effective

Neal has made several of my Tip Sheets already see evaluations here and losing track of her after she broke her foot had me excited to reconnect. She’s an athletic guard who brought heat immediately “on the ball” defensively yet her pull-up jumper and “stop and pop” in transition was hard to handle. Her first step, coupled with being long and athletic, which is the base, got her to the basket and she showed good body control on her finishes
