<p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='571042' first='Shay' last='Vigil']'s season did not go unnoticed, she played a huge role in Riverdale Ridge's Final Four run. Her game took a leap from last year, with her improved confidence on the offensive end. She stepped up in big moments, knocking down shots and attacking the rim. Defensively, she made it tough difficult for guards by being scrappy, forcing steals and applying relentless pressure in the backcourt.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">LaLannie made her presence felt on defense with her interior protection and active hands in the passing lanes. She proved to be a standout defender, capable of guarding the perimeter while not giving up easy layups. Offensively, she finished with contact at the rim, which got her to the foul line. Her ability to impact the game on both ends made her an asset to her team this season.</p>

With her height and athleticism, she changes everything in the post by blocking shots without fouling. Offensively, she dominated the paint with quick moves at the rim and her improved midrange game. As she continues to put everything together, she will be a player to watch closely this summer.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">This season was diffcult for Aaliyah as she had adjusted to a different style of play. As her confidence grew, she became a reliable three-point threat, stretching the floor for her team. Her ability to knock down shots opened up driving lanes, allowing her to attack the rim with more. She has made improvements in her game and will be a name to know for the future.</p>

Defensively, she was just as impactful, making it tough for opposing players with her intensity. She also showed her playmaking by delivering on-time passes to set up her teammates.</p>
