For one, these young ladies have a tremendous body of work. These tough competitors are always putting on a show and getting after. Am I am super proud? Absolutely, because these girls play the game the right way and will be solid contributors at the next level.

Just like you, I love basketball. Doesn't matter if it is public or private; if you can hoop, then let's go! This season, I would say this classification was one of the toughest from top to bottom. That's just my opinion, in the fact, you just never knew who would finish at the top. With that being said, let me recap and show some love to those who are a part of the 2024-25 TSSAA All-State Tournament Team.

The Tennessee Tech signee has grown tremendously throughout the course of her high school career. From being a role player to learning how to be the lead dawg, she has accomplished so much on the hardwood. She is a three-level scoring threat that impacts the game on ends of the floor. Her ability to attack and finish and stop and pop is tremendous. Add in the value she brings on the defensive end, you have one solid prospect in this kid. She has been battle-tested and will go into the TTU program ready to compete. Though she graduates this year, keep an eye on this young lady cause she isn't finished growing yet into a dominating prospect.

Big-time ball player who will command everyone's attention and coaches will have to game plan for. Solid in the screen game, high post area, she dominates on the glass and on the low blocks. She has soft hands, and I love her ability to grab the basketball (or receive a pass) and go to work. She has a plethora of back-to-the-basket moves that she utilizes finishing through contact. She, too, is a tenacious defender, making it difficult for opponents to operate down low. Look for her to continue to grow and be an impactful piece of this Lady Lions program.

A young, physical ball player who thrives in the interior part of the floor. Doesn't matter if it's on defense or offense, she's going to own the area around her. Defensively, she has the ability to shut down the middle. Block shots, own the boards, outwork her opponent, making sure they don't get to favorable spots. Offensively, she can play with her back to the basket, face up, as well as dial it up from the mid-range, using a bevy of moves (yes she can put it on the floor) to finish at the rim. This kid is solid and is still growing. Look for her to become a menace and a household name and be a solid prospect for coaches at the next level.

Turning into a solid prospect who has such a diverse game. Early on, she was mainly a low post presence, getting it done inside the arc. Now, she can stretch the floor, use her body to create mismatches, and really exploit various defenses that are thrown at her club. She has great size, reacts well, and just competes from tip to the final whistle. Her outside game has evolved and add her ability to handle the basketball, analyze the defense to attack, and really get down to business, this kid is as solid as they come. Look for her to continue to thrive and skyrocket up the charts.

A dual threat when it comes to the game of basketball. She s a heady ball player who knows how to exploit a weakness of an opponent. She can use her frame on the interior and grind down low. She also has the ability to spot up and knock it down on the perimeter as well as create off the dribble and rise above her opponents and knock down the mid-range J. She contributes on the defensive end getting steals and rebounds. If you don't know her, she is a gym rat who loves to compete and get better. She doesn't back down from any competition, but thrives on the opportunity. A tremendous talent that will be something future especially when she gets back to playing.

A cut above. The things this young lady does is amazing. She has amazing court vision and knows when and how to exploit a defense. One thing people don't give her credit for her passing ability. I am here to give you that clout on that skill. She is a 3 level scoring threat who can spot up as well as create off the bounce. She will lock up on the defensive end, gaining extra possession for her ball club. This Clemson commit is one of the best in her class and a top ten talent in the state. Look for her to continue to add to her game, thrive in doing so, and be ready to not only capture another state title, but make her mark day one when she steps foot on campus. This kid is box office material.

It is only fitting that her last name correlates kind of with speed and quickness. Z utilizes it as her strength especially as she puts the clamps on people defensively. She is a heady PG who reads and reacts well. Her calling is defense, where she makes her money. She can score from multiple spots on the floor, but the D is her thing for sure. Time and time again throughout the tournament, it was her who led the charge and swung the momentum. She set the tone, has established a standard, and really help uplift her ball club in creating an identity. She is a solid athlete who is going to get even better.
